Just walked in was trying to decide what we wanted was told by the staff we needed to hurry. We were not in line yet and they were not busy. The guy whistled at us to look at him and told us to tell him our order. Treated us like dirt. We said we will not be treated like that and walked off. VERY RUDE!!!
I want to first say the hot chocolate was great, but the man serving us was very rude and hushed one of the people in our group (she was having a rough day as it was and wasn’t even being loud) I’ve worked in the food business before and I know it’s easy to get stressed out but it’s also not for everyone

Great customer service with a friendly face to boot! Unfortunately they didn't have half-baked in stock when we stopped by-- BUT the employee at the counter was able to throw together something very similar for us (: We appreciated him and his go-get-em attitude!!
Wonderful ice cream and great service.
I just had the most rude service there. I asked if they served the Totally Baked and she looked at me crazy and said yes half baked. Then when I asked for a taste of a specific sherbet I agreed that I liked it and was given a cup of something totally different. The rude lady that checked us out never said Thank you!!
The worst shake I’ve ever had! I love Ben and Jerry and was hoping it would be great! The shake was like chocolate milk consistency and the cup was only half full! We didn’t even drink it. Threw it away after one sip! So Bad! Very disappointed! What a waste of $7
