Though a tad pricey, you wont walk away hungry. Strawberry daiquiri was sooo good with Cool whip (not whipped topping) Side salads were large with real bacon. Rolls were very soft with cinnamon butter. Hubs had the beef tips w shrimp and I had the prime rib which was cooked exactly as I asked. Our waitress Tonya was so friendly, training another lovely young lady. I liked how there were separate "rooms" so the noise was kept to a minimum.

Great service and good food. Server was excellent and responded quickly. Food came out quickly and hot! Steaks were good and cooked as ordered. Sides and salads were terrific. Definitely consider this for dinner and lunch! Good drink menu and our drinks were very good. I will be back when in the area.

Wow! The prime rib appetizer combined with a sald provided the perfect light evening fare! A great atmosphere and excellent service made the experience even better. Tonya was delightful, interactive and attentive to the table. We never had to ask for anything as she anticipated the needs before they arose. Wonderful place to visit and definitely on the return list!

We really enjoyed dining here this week. What an awesome dinner! Lots to choose from on the menu. Great food.. awesome waitress (thanks Erika!!) We will return on our next visit to Gatlinburg.

The Crab Soup was really good and loaded with crab meat. Server was really nice. But come the main entree, we were very disappointed. Ordered the prime rib medium well and it was cooked correctly, but is bland. My husband ordered "The Steak" medium well but received an overcooked and dry steak.I don't usually leave reviews but just the management to read this and improve what needs to be improved.

Wow! Amazing place… been trying to get into the place for years (wife is a somewhat Vegan) . My 87 year old Mother ordered the open face sandwich, I did a burger and cannot remember what the wife ordered. Mary was our Waitress, and she was beyond exceptional ! Unanimous that each of our plates was a 10 plus- Cons- trying to figure out where parking was(haha) Pros- the staff, Mary our Waitress, and the food was unbelievable! Service was beyond over the top and the norm, and is now our new Number 2 spot to dine in Gatlinburg. Unbelievable the Lunch Specials were. Thank you Mary and all those behind the scenes - GO! 11-3 PM… you will not be disappointed !!! Best burger I ever had in my life- I’m not going to write what it was made from- I’ll let you read the menu yourself!

During a recent trip to the Smoky Mts we had dinner a few times at Alamo. The food was great. Try the BBQ shrimp on skewers dinner. It is delicious! But the one waiter we had was amazing! He waited on multiple tables quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. The Alamo is highly rated because the food is good, and the staff is friendly. Try it!

Very good, staff was friendly and a good steakhouse atmosphere, crab soup was very good. Definitely would go again when we come back to Tennessee.

The best steak in town was a let down. We both ordered the mixed green salad, she had the 12oz ribeye and I had the 20oz ribeye. We also both had the garlic mashed potatoes and the asparagus with hollandaise sauce. First off the server was good and did her job well. But the steaks were overall pretty bland and I'm not sure that the mashed potatoes had any garlic at all. My mixed green salad had a large chunk of romaine lettuce core in it. Both orders of asparagus still had the woody ends on them and the hollandaise sauce was a gelatinous blob. Not a sauce. I'm really not sure how this could be the best steak house anywhere... much less in a town that sees around 10,000,000 visitors a year. There is no eye for quality here, just a fancy building that attracts naive tourists.

After reading reviews and hearing others, I expected a really nice 'first class' steakhouse. We were greeted as tho we were an imposition on her. More on that if I have room left. We were given a formica booth, no table cloth or placemats. At their prices, I expected table cloths. Drink orders were taken promptly. We ordered two steaks and two seafood dishes. My wife described her ribeye as being mushy and tasteless. My Salmon Oscar was fine. Guests said they liked their meals. Our waiter had been very attentive until we received our entrees and then he vanished! We couldn't get refills on tea/water, desserts or our check. Waited a long time and finally the manager (I think) brought our check. Overall it was not worth almost $200 for four of us to eat and we didn't leave feeling like we had had a great experience or meal.
