Very slow tonight but my burger was fresh.
Mobile ordered a double stack biggie deal with a medium fry. Received a small fry and they were more crispy than Popeyes. There was no sauce for my overcooked nuggets and the were onions on my "no onions" burger. They couldn't even get my sweet tea right. It was unsweet! For the love of Pete y'all, this is beyond pitiful. And no, I didn't return to get it corrected. Enough time wasted. There's an Arby's next door.
Extra long waits and sub par food. Every drink I've got from this location tasted like trash. I'm here rn at 920 pm and I've been in Lin 20 minutes. Gallatin is a ghost town but this location can't handle 4 cars.
Slow as F... One order one car at a time. Not nice not apologetic. Waited 20 min behindv1 car in the drive thru
Super friendly and great staff. Made a mistake when ordering, but they were very patient and kind and went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. Definitely recommend :)
It was a pleasant experience with enjoyable food. Sometimes orders are wrong, but no restaurant is perfect. Recommend eating here
Manager, Ryan was a huge answer to prayer after he, no questions asked, jump started our car in the cold and rain. Love this location even more- get that man a raise! ?
20 minute wait with 2 cars ahead. Order was 2 burgers... in 20 minutes I'd think they could at least put lettuce on.. no apology or explanation for the ridiculous wait.. Manager appeared to be running 8 buckets of ice to the drive through.. which is all well and good if your grill isn't struggling with 2 burgers (and no drink). I think one or two buckets would've sufficed until the 4 cars in line for 20 minutes got served.On a corporate level.. price gouging incoming. 30% increase on the 50pc nugget. Also the new fries are garbage.
Today I saw a young man outside sweeping the parking lot. When I got to the other side to order I saw the young man talking with a person that had walked up from behind the building. He walked up the the window and ordered breakfast for that person. Seeing a young person doing that makes me happy. You went beyond!! Great job!!
The order was correct the food was fresh and hot. The service was friendly. It took a little while to get my food but it was delicious and worth the wait!!!
