I just want to start off by say that Tim was horrible! First it took him a bit to take our order which was okay because I understand that some places are short staffed. My problem is his attitude. I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked to add Mayo to which he responded “Eww” sorry that what I eat on my sandwich offends you TIMOTHY. Get to the window and ask for sauces and he copped an attitude and said “how many do you need bc I have to charge you for them” again no problem except the attitude. And while he’s talking smack to his coworker about the sauces he didn’t charge me for. Get home to realize the sandwich was made wrong and missing stuff that normally comes on the sandwich. No cheese & no bacon was on it and tomato and lettuce was on it when I asked for none of those. The other burger I ordered was burnt. I feel like if Tim hates his job so much maybe he should find a different one ??♂️

At the window it all came in one bag. I asked that it be fixed and put in separate bags. At this point you could tell by facial expressions that they weren' happy to do this.I rec'd the bags and there was only 1 nugget in 1 of the bags. I made them aware and was told they fell out.I checked each bag and no extra nuggets. I told them and they gave me another orderAll this was done with a poor attitudeI was told next I would just be given a bag and could divide it up myselfThere is no reason on earth to be so rude to a customer.
Checked my bag before pulling off and one of my cups of cheese sauce had spilled cause the lid wasnt on it good. No biggie....send the bag back and this is what I got when I got home....cheese sauce everywere....and the empty one still empty....and due to the cheese shortage cheese is expensive....
Don’t go to this one for breakfast. They will give you what you did not order. I do not eat sausage as I do not like it, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, they gave me a sausage one and put everything else as chicken when only two were supposed to be chicken, did not give the correct drinks, tried to not give us straws and the woman who served us very obviously did not want to do her job.
Girl with red/orange hair and nose piercing always has an attitude and doesn’t pay attention multitasking, when you ask her a question she just ignores you. Never coming back to this location!!!!
Absolute trash location. Manager or whoever is in charge doesn’t care why do people give them money. Corporate Wendy’s campaigns “our fries are fresh” hypocrites…. Frozen French fries and cold food is all this franchise knows. The community needs to make an appeal to bbb about these locations because corporate doesn’t care either
Was told it would be 15 mins due to a $50 order in front of me. I told them I would wait, two mins later she comes back on the speaker and asks me if I am going to wait? Like I was bothering her by waiting for some reason. They don't car if they have your business or not. Maybe I should give them the same treatment when I bolt their wheels back on there car at work. Crazy.
Went to this Wendy's a couple of weeks ago and decided to use a digital coupon from the Wendy's app. I asked the lady behind the counter if she knew how to get the coupon to work? She said that she didn't know, plus she didn't even own a cellphone. I said that's okay I'll try to figure it out. I sat down at the nearest booth that has the glass around it. I'm guessing she thought I walked outside, because her and a coworker started making negative comments about me. She said, I ain't touching his nasty a** phone!! Rude comment after rude comment. Finally I had enough and stood up and let her and the manager know that I had been sitting there the whole time. The manager basically called me a liar to my face. I said, if you're going to make negative remarks about someone make sure they're not sitting inside to hear your trash talking. Long story short, I'll never spend a penny there again. The Wendy's a few miles down explained it to me, saying the app needed to be re-downloaded for it to work. That Wendy's was great!!
If I could give zero stars I would, seriously y’all save your money. I’ve worked at Wendy’s before (not this one) and going there today I was extremely disappointed. The customer service was awful and very unprofessional. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and wilted, the fries were embarrassing and the nuggets tasted like wet dog food. It took forever just to order because the drive thru order taker couldn’t take roughly 60 seconds to focus on her job instead of talking and bs’ing with her coworkers. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back to this Wendy’s location.
Food was hot and fresh and the drive-thru ran smooth.
