The restaurant was filthy and the staff was not much better. All of the tables needed to be busted and cleaned. The restaurant was empty and when I initially arrived a female waitress (younger white with brown hair) was standing outside appeared to be smoking. She then proceeded to walk inside coughing up a lung without even attempting to cover her mouth while she just looked at me observing her. As I sat in the restaurant after they had to clean a table she continued to cough and not once covering her mouth. The waitress then began to place her hand in her mouth while what appeared to rubbing a back tooth. She did this over and over while just looking in my direction. This was my first experience at this Waffle House location and my last. The waitress needs to find another career path.
I absolutely adore this waffle house, the staff is super friendly, the food is always fantastic. Whether it's the fun conversation you strike with the workers, or in my case the challenge they gave me to eat my entire meal (including my drink) with just a spoon, it's never not an experience.I love their food but this house is one I always feel at home in.And to anyone reading this, tip your service workers, especially these ones!
Me and my niece go eat here every week because we love the waitress there so much she's the best waitress I've ever had served me at any restaurant before and she is what keeps us coming back for more so go and say hi for me her name tag says Shawn but I think her name is Shawna she is the best !!!!!!
Normally I love coming to this place but after the conversation I over heard in the parking lot between a staff worker and someone else I will not be coming back until she is gone. I didn't even go inside I just left. She was talking about how she loves having abortions and that killing babies was " super fun". She also mentioned how she never bathes and that is not good for a business, let alone a restaurant. She was short and had long blonde/ dirty blonde hair.
The staff at this Waffle House are amazing! Very personable, efficient, and fun!!! My husband has been eating at this location for so many years that it’s like these ladies are family and that’s how they treat us. It’s always a lovely experience when we eat there.
This place is usually so hospitable, but I came from a long drive from Texas and stopped here Monday early in the morning. There was no one there and the girl with ginormous eyelashes there didn’t even acknowledge us or welcome us or anything. She went back into the office and never came out. We LITERALLY waited there and timed 15 friggin minutes. This place always has the best service but this girl has got to go. Like dude if you don’t like your job don’t work there. I drove 16 hours and just wanted some food. Not even a “I’ll be right with you” or “hi or welcome”.
The food was adequate, but the staff needs a serious overhaul. There was plenty of them there, but they were a far too preoccupied with socializing and continually going outside to smoke to actually do their job. Tables weren't bussed or wiped down, and it took over an hour to eat, despite there being only 3 other customers in the store.
Restuarant was very nice. Our waitress was a wonderful lady with sweet southern charm. Menu is very simple, which makes it easy to order. A plus is the sides you can get. Very simple kids menu. Coffee and food were excellent. First waffle house experience and it was great.

Well, typical of most Waffle House restaurants in our area, they slow the kitchen by not clearing tables. We got there around 830 on Christmas eve and it was packed. Two groups waiting in front of us. I guess the staff was ready for a slowdown because we sat there over 20 mins waiting for one of 2 tables to be cleared off. We finally gave up and went somewhere else.
