As a door dasher closing the dining room before 6pm thus creating a 15/20 car line at the drive through kills any chance of me delivering on time and affects my dasher ratings and tips I called at 5pm and was assured the dining room was open till 10pm I asked twice to make sure. Flat out lie.Place is a joke managed by idiots Pay your employees a living wage and it should solve the problem. Late night employees are a mess. Dancing and cursing seems more important than working. Door DashWill dump them soon if there is any justice
Got a Taco and the New Nacho Fries with Steak and Spicy Ranch. The Spicy Ranch was way to Spicy so will in the Future just get The NACHOS Fries by Themselves which are Standing. I LOVE THEIR Chipotle Chicken Ranch Burrito minus the Strips and Chipotle sauce then it is OUTSTANDINGLY DELICIOUS
Watch for deception on menu and pricing. Menu showed $8.29 for Ultimate box and rang up on screen for $8.49. When asked if my screen wad correct, I replied it was not. Told them the price was wrong. They replied that the price must have went up, then asked if there was anything else. I replied yes, please fix the price. They said they would give me the "senior citizen discount". Still paid more than I was supposed to and got poor service too. Please just fix your menu.

Every table was dirty, and the lady at the register could not comprehend that my son wanted to substitute something. Felt very flustered after 10 minutes of trying to explain.

Went at 12am and wasn't expecting the best food just because of past experiences but this time was wayyy different. The food was still fresh, it actually had meat in it and wasn't just sauce and tortilla. I didn't catch his name but it was a younger blonde guy I'm assuming by his facial hair being blonde his hair is blonde but he was working the drive thru and he was super nice and actually looked happy to be there and not like he hates it. Keep up the good work. Taco bell is definitely improving.
Food tasted good other than the fact I asked for LIGHT rice on my quesarito but instead I get absolutely no rice.
Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes it's just right. This place is a hit or miss. Prices are pretty cheap as well. Recommend
This place is always busy. The indoor dining area is closed; since the pandemic. If you order online you can help the drive thru move much faster. Ordering online could also help make sure the order is correct. I do wish they had enough space to create a second car line for online orders, but they are doing a great job with the space available.
