I’m waiting in line the 8th car back with five cars behind me to pick up a scheduled order for 9:50 thru DoorDash! It is now 10:15 and I haven’t even made it to the ordering menu! What is the point of doing a scheduled pickup if I can’t pick it up and I’m waiting this late? I’ve already paid, no one will answer the store phone! Employees are walking out leaving with this line as long as it is! I get staffing issues and completely understand that part. But what is the point of allowing scheduled pickup times if there’s no other way to get my order than waiting in this long line that is not moving? You really need to get a better method for that aspect of the job or stop allowing pickups to be scheduled if this is gonna remain the process! Now my daughter will have to be in bed before I ever even get the food, much less be home. Just very frustrating and a waste of time. My food is sitting on a shelf waiting on pickup and was made 30 minutes ago. So it will be cold and no longer worth it. At least these people waiting are getting fresh food! Or at least I hope considering how long they are waiting!UPDATE! Pickup Was for 9:50, it’s 10:35 almost one hour and I just made it to the speaker menu!!! This is truly ridiculous!I would like to add its now 19:54. I made it to the window. There’s only 3 people working. I asked if my food could be made again and fresh due to the hour time difference! The gentleman was very helpful and I hope this review is a reflection on mgt not making sure the store is properly covered as they need and making sure moving forward the people that are closing are well equipped to do so with such a rush. Efficiency and organization need to be addressed to assist these employees. And a better routine to get online orders that are paid for and easier to get taken care of more quickly.

This location for the past month has been a nightmare. I only try to get food after working a thirteen hour shift. The past 3 nights in a row I have gone, all between the same times 10pm-11pm and every single time I have gotten some excuse. First it was they were closed for a shift change, then it was they were only accepting mobile orders/deliveries, and most recently tonight it was they ran out of food. I have tried to be mice and understanding but this is just ridiculous and you will not be getting my business again. And probably the same to the 20-30 cars I have watched get turned down as well. If I was management or the owner I would be throughly concerned.

The gentleman manning the drive thru has a great attitude. I could tell he likes his job!?. Keep up the good work!

They literally lock people out of the restaurant in the middle of the day. You can see customers and employees in there, but the door is locked and they won't come open it. Isn't this the most basic function of a business??? Letting customers come in and buy things. Mind boggling.

Bad sign when the guy in front has his ordered botched. Mine was no better. Not sure how a new store is that dirty too

The order that I had was wrong, but they quickly fixed it and I enjoyed my meal, and I don't eat fast food much. Thanks

I ordered my meal through the mobile app. I was notified it was being made and would be ready to pick up in store. I get to the store and the doors are locked. I called the store and was told the lobby is closed, I’d have to go through the drive thru. I told the lady the line was too long and I had to get back to work within 15 minutes. She said she would make my order and then bring it to the door. When I told her the app said the order was ready, she said it hadn’t even been made yet. I will not be back to this store. The one on the other end of town does not give anyone these issues and their attitudes are much more pleasant.

One of the better locations in the area. Fast and workers are competent. Order has always been right. You especially need to go back now and try the returning Champ the MEXICAN PIZZA!

I understand they are only fast food employees. However they are the worst of the worst! Do not leave that drive thru without checking your order. Or you'll be turning around to have it replaced. A small child can do that job. Straight scum works there. Zero training! Horrible service!!

Had a chicken quesadilla for the 1st time. It was really tasty! The window cashier, whom I've seen every time, is so pleasant and nice! Thanks, Taco Bell!
