Admittedly I ordered from the wrong restaurant but I was close enough to go pick up sandwiches from there because they weren’t open to cancelling order. The the employee threatened spitting on my food. So I didn’t go. Manager own r said he would have refunded me before I got mad. Well I don’t takes threats to contaminate my food lightly They lied they threatened me
The girls there have no idea what they're doing the place was a mess the bread was undercook and the veggies were practically bare you go elsewhere do yourself a favor

Their food is very good and there is no wait time in order line. They also went above and beyond to make the customer feel apart of their community and family at subway. They truly are very nice people most of the time working there.
Went a few days ago, I saw MULTIPLE cockroaches. Safe to say I will never be eating here again.
Great customer service skills from both employees. Food prepared as ordered with a smile. Changed gloves and place is clean. I always leave satisfied. These current employees are definitely trying and doing awesome!
$43 for 2 -12 in and 2 -6 in subs. The RB 12 inch sub had 3 thin slices of RB and the roll was stale. The 6 in tuna was plopped on the stale roll without a scoop but with hands. ( she did glove) however I have no idea how long the glove had been on her hand. I never saw tuna scooped up by hand before. I about had a stroke when I was told $43 !!! I have given subway many chances and each time am very disappointed. Although out of the way I will patron Jersey Mike's from now on. Subway you STINK and are a rip off. BTW I went to the Subway by Food Lion so you will know to avoid.

only because I HAVE to leave a star will I give this location 1 star. Neely or however it is spelled I the rudest encounter I have had in customer service since BEFORE the pandemic. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE. if we are spending our hard earned money on purchasing from this location, we should never FEEL LIKE WE ARE A BOTHER OR OUT OF PLACE. FIND NEW HELP!!!!!
