Food has always been good and atmosphere is nice. Parking could be better but the location of course makes that sometimes difficult. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Try the friend green tomatoes, you know you want to.
Great service, solid offerings, and wonderful small business in Gallatin. The chicken portion was a bit small, the rice flavorless, but the veggies were excellent.
Friendliness of staff was biggest impact of rating, short-handed and balancing multiple positions. Speed of serving drinks and food was normal, food arrived fresh and hot. Seasoning level of items ordered were more bland than I desired. Overall the friendly staff left a great impression and I will return and hopefully they will be fully staffed and just as friendly!
My boyfriend and I went to Starr Ranch for a date night ❤️. Great atmosphere. Fried green tomatoes ? were amazing. We each got a ribeye steak ? that was delicious and cooked just right. White sangria was great and had the best dirty martini ? ever. WILL come back and bringing friends.
I go here several times a week and have NEVER been disappointed.I always have either the bacon wrapped meatloaf with Julienne Veggies and white beans.. Or instead of the flat tire chicken They graciously change it to blackened chicken with the same sides as the Meatloaf.I on occasion I have a rib-eye steak, but Om Gosh the serving is so huge I feel like I'm at the 72 OZ steakhouse in Texas!!
The food is good with the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. However, the thing that made the place stand out tonight was the approach taken by the waitress. Working alone, with help from the bar only, she treated us like family. Great experience.

As with many restaurants they were short handed so the wait was a little longer. But…super friendly employees that were really busting it and made it an enjoyable experience. Food was delicious and hot, and the Smoky Manhattan was phenomenal. See you again soon Starr Ranch!
Service was amazing, very friendly and decor is really cool. Mid-afternoon on a Saturday, place was empty. Quickly filled up once we arrived. Ordered the fried green tomatoes (1st time), they were amazing. Wife ordered filet, I ordered rib-eye. Both were cooked perfectly. Came with side of mashed potatoes (delicious) and Julianne veggie, again Great! We will be back for sure! Another great find!
I love going here. Just moved to Gallatin and have been several times. My wife and I went this week on Prime Rib night. Delicious. Beer is always good. Smoked Pork Nachos are a meal alone. Oh so good. Only a few minutes from the house too.
