Starbucks inside Kroger...I always have an issue when I go here so I try not to but it's so convenient since I grocery shop as well. When I order, there is no greeting and when I asked a question it was not answered so I thought she did not hear me but she did. At the pick up area again she did not say anything so I almost picked up the wrong drink. They do not ask for names so it's best if they would call out the drink instead of just sitting it down. It looked like they did not want to be there. I worked retail/customer service so I understand. But also whe. I got tired of it I left. The drink was good though for once.

I came to the counter at 6:50 and was rudely told they were closed by a girl named Natalie. The hours online say 8 so I asked her what time they close at and she told me 7 but, she had “already started cleaning”. What kind of policy is that? You are either closed at 7 or you are open. By the way, all I wanted was a milk with whipped cream for my three year old who then cried all the way through the store...
Great coffee, been to other Starbucks around the area and they seem to make it taste better.

Aways start my day with coffee very convinient that ot is in a Kroger Supermarket. Making it a one stop shop for coffee and groceries, gas, bank and pharmacy.
I frequent the Gallatin store regularly and notice how terrible the staff can be particularly the weekend morning crew. I walked in today (2/7/21 - with a mask on) around 9:30 and waited for about 6-7 minutes before walking out. I recognize the fact they were busy however no body ever acknowledged me by asking if I needed help or to say someone would be with me to take my order as I stood by the register waiting. The service at this store is consistently questionable.
It says it's temporarily closed but it's actually open 24 hours a day. I like the pastries.
first off they don't know how to fix the coffee the way you requested. Secondly they don't feel the cups enough and charge you a buttload of money. I would recommend any other Starbucks other than the one here on Nashville Pike.
Can't seem to ever find a worker at the stand most of the time. Even when you do they seem find someone it's hit miss if they use to much ice and or the drink be worst thsn Mc Donald's verison. But used go thier Everytime shopping but seems the new staff can't really hold thier own or was ever full train etc.
