I am a door dasher that happens to be on oxygen and when I requested them to bring the food out to me the manager told me no because I obviously needed to loose some weight so I could get off the oxygen I explained that the oxygen was due to Covid in Dec. she then begin to throw other slurs and not needed statements. I understand they have policies but there are also exceptions to the rules. This manager was extremely rude and mean and really hope everyone takes notice that not everyone’s situation is what it may seem yes I did say things back to her that was unpleasant but automatically assuming I am oxygen due to the fact I am fat or over weight is not a good light on this corporation. I will be calling their corporate or franchise manager to discuss with them the events that took place.
Today I had a late "lunch". I ordered popcorn chicken. When the car hop brought our food, and I made note the CCR wasn't working, she took my card and ran it at another stall. When she came back, I asked for 4 packs of sauce, she said she could only bring me two, I said okay. She said she couldn't bring it right away, so I was thinking that she would bring it when she came out with the next order. NOPE!!!! And about 10 minutes later I ate my meal with NO sauce. And she has walked by several times. There is no customer service, or care, at this Sonic. And this is why I have come here less. Which this could be the last time I come to this location. Sorry, not sorry.
There beef hotdogs are good I like to put mustured and extra spicy jalapenos on it because I like spicy food a whole lot.
Judging from the girls experiences, this place is very good. They swear that it is the best for drinks and shakes. It's relatively quick so that's a positive.
I was given this coupon for Teacher appreciation week and when I went to redeem it at LOCAL sonic I was told that they don’t take free coupons. What a slap in the face to every teacher in the county and sonic definitely did NOT love teachers today!
Absolutely disgusting. Who serves yellow hard tomato’s on a burger and when you bring it to the managers attention the only response is. “Uhhhh I don’t know we just got them in today.” Horrible customer service

Burger was not as good as usual..and I got an Orange Soda and my Ice was melted by 9:30pm...Sonic ice should NOT MELT THAT FAST...it was like I had 15 little nuggets of ice or something...
