The last few times I have been there THEY SUCK ....If I order something that's what I want..not what you think I want
This was a horrible experience. First of all, the little girl who took our order didn't seem to understand what manners were let alone customer service, and the word "combo" wasn't in her abilities unless specified. She didn't ring up my onion rings, charged me for every individual thing we got, and had the manners of a wet cat. The gentleman who delivered our food and the manager there were very understanding and polite but if your order is taken by Chyna expect it to be created with crayons and bad attitude.
Had to drive up to 5 stations before finding one that actually worked. Not good sonic! This is becoming a norm across the state for sonic. Can you please repair stations when they are down. I love your sweet tea but kind of sick of this! Next time I have this happen and have to wait a long time to get my order, I’m done with sonic.
I visited on 5-13-22.I asked for nothing on the Double Sonic Burger except for Cheese and Ketchup.It was even on the screen and when I got home I noticed they made the burger with everything on it.Also when the young man brought my order to the car I noticed the small bag had all my food crammed in it and the bag was split down the side and tator tots and onion rings were coming out of the bag and The carhop was like"Oh Well have a nice day".What happened to people taking pride in their work.Common courtesy is just hard to find.
The lady taking orders is very rude tonight. Was irritated, impatient, and acted as if I was bothering her by placing the order. I was still placing my order when she cut the mic and didn't even give a total. I had to buzz back in to finish it. Luckily another worker answered it and she was much nicer. The last time I was here I buzzed in and waited for no one to answer after 5 mins, and trying to buzz again. They were not busy at all that day. I ended up pulling out and going to subway for breakfast instead. Food is decent but the service sucks.
Food was hot. The car hops had wonderful customer service. Food could be prepared with more care. Kind of sloppy.
Food over priced. Was served wrong, cold, and from disrespectful employee
I had to add a description to my 5 star review! So far this location has yet to disappoint. The food always seems fresh and the staff is so friendly. Fast food is hard work and Sonic has a large menu so a big thank you to the staff for the good experiences.
I have always loved a sonic burger Even after the started putting ketchup on it I just order what I dont want it But last night it wasn't very good It wasn't their normal burger it was a frozen patty just like you buy in the boxes at the grocery store and it wasn't cook done What happened to my good sonic burger
Would be 5 stars but they gave me chili cheese tots with no fork and forgot my straw. Food was good.
