Normally, I do not even go here because the customer service is the absolute worst. However, my grandsons wanted it so we went. Arrived at the drive-thru and waited for no one to say anything. Drove around toward the window just in case the employees did not know we were there. The employees did in fact know we were there. But decided to keep talking with the person in the car ahead of me that apparently did not even order food. Just passing what appeared to be a vape back and forth and laughing. The car behind me drove off as well. Now I truly know why your parking lot is empty most times when I drive by.

Terrible customer service they never get your order right they spend too much time on their cell phones talking to their friends you try to call to complain you can’t even get through on the phone number

They are way too slow through the drive through-and-through and the drive-through was not backed up bad enough to be waiting 10 minutes on an order the person before me said they waited 10 minutes and had to pull off to the side for their Order that's way too slow. People are going to have to stop eating there if they can't get their food no faster than that period. I'm talking about the popeye's chicken in Gallatin Tennessee on Nashville Pike.

Wait time plus just short 20 minutes each car; even a single small box I saw come out took that long! They can’t keep track of your orders and ask YOU what it was. They don’t say please, thank, I’m sorry…nothing! Terrible service all the way around. They do don’t even ask for my payment. Just held a hand out!!! I wanted a side of GAS since that wait caused me to burn over a gallons worth!!!! I hope the franchise owner reads this!!! This used to be a decent place!!

Absolutely the worst. Dining room closed at 4:50 pm so into the line of 12 or more cars I go. I'm a door dash driver so time is $$$. 24 minutes later I get to the window and the order isn't ready! After another 5 minutes I get a sack of cold food to deliver for my 30 min wait. Employees in street clothes on their phones with one man never unfolding his arms the whole time I'm sitting there. Makes it hard to work from that position. Lot of loafing is what I'm seeing. I understand everyone is having staffing issues but if management can't get people who do show up to do the job correctly then shut it down.

Ok. Seems like my complaint matches others. I ordered a two piece leg and breast spicy and confirmed at the drive thru and got home and lo and behold had a leg and thigh and was not spicy! I tried to call well forget that rang until went to a busy signal. Hmmm can you say let's make sure no one can complain and have to resolve the problem!! Won't go back to any Popeyes now because if the company isn't interested in fixing the problem no worries I like zaxby's just fine.

The food was delicious. The help inside did t seem to k ow what was going on.

Another style of American chicken. Great taste and would recommend the fries. Just make sure of your order before you pull away, so busy then forgot one of our side orders.

I give up, I love Popeyes but this one in gallatin is horrible I ordered a 2 piece meal, the chicken looked like it was cooked yesterday, I’m going to try the new one I saw in Hendersonville

I did NOT want to give one of my favorite and probably the best original chicken franchises left a 1 star, but ENOUGH is ENOUGH!! How do you specify twice that you want bone in chicken a 2 piece, it's recited over again only to get home 45 minutes away for it to have 2 1/2 scrawny chicken tenders and a biscuit?? It wasn't even that crowded today at 11:45 when I arrived. The reason I'm making this post and not ignoring it is because it's become a regular but usually I catch it by pulling all my stuff out the bag and going through it and yes something is always missing or wrong and they fix it. But this needs to be addressed. The box was packed so tight in the sack with the sides in the sack as well should have been a red flag!! I've called 3 times, phone busy which means more complaints probably calling. I will never go back to this location again. It takes a split second to look at the receipt and check a box. Short staffed, times have changed I get it but we are still keeping these restaurants open by eating out only for the service to get worse.
