We love coming here just to see Ms. Janice. She is the epitome of customer service. She always takes such great care of us and makes sure we have everything we need. She is the reason we don’t go to the other places. Thank you Ms Janice!
Great customer service. Pizza was still doughy in the middle. Could've been cooked a little longer but okay considering.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place, they frequently run out of stock which could be easily remedied with a simple alteration week by week. I had a minor change on an online order tonight and was placed on hold TWICE and the delivery left the building before I could ask a five second question.Idk what these people are doing, but it’s mediocre at best.
So I got a double order of breadstick and no marina sauce was included. I called to ask if the driver might have it in his car to bring it back before he got to far away and they never came back on to let me know after waiting over 10 min on the phone. That is a big miss for me. Also the pizza was cold and looked like it had been sitting out a while. I know with covid its hard to find good help and the main thing I am frustrated with is the no sauce. Like how are we supposed to eat breadsticks without the sauce. Just very disappointed.
Very very disappointed! I ordered pizza for dinner and they said it would take 500 minutes for delivery so then I said I would come pick it up, which was a 30 minute wait. I came to pick it 30 minutes later and the store was closed and no one was inside. Now they won’t pick up the phone.
Stop taking the pan pizzas out early and let the Cinnabons actually rise properly
Toppings were smashed to the top of the box and there was no extra icing that I ordered and paid for. Pizza was Luke warm. Not the normal service or product we normally receive from this location.
This Pizza Hut was great. Very friendly people and great food. Other places told me a 2 hour wait, Pizza Hut had it ready in 20 minutes.
Easy to order, was a little disappointed that they were out of the pastas, but the chicken wings were wonderful. Delivery guy was promt, courteous and fun.
AVOID!!We were in the pickup line for over 30 minutes and for our trouble were handed a cold pizza. The window cashier wouldn’t even acknowledge us until we sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes.I tried calling the store to complain and I was HUNG UP ON before I could even tell them about our experience. So disappointing because PH is my favorite chain but we won’t be giving them any more business.
