Ordered pizza online for my family and guests. Arrived to pick up the order to find a hand written note on the door wit the message “Sorry, closed at 6 due to lack of staff”… my credit card was charged for the order! The phone is NEVER answered when I order therefore I had to use the online system. Is there even a manager at this place???
Great pizza. Quick service. The one thing they do need to do is sweep the floor behind the counter. The way the front door is the back of the counter is the first thing you see. It gives the impression the store is unkept. The front side, where customers wait was fine.
Excellent pizza for a great price, especially on Tuesday. Love the meat lovers and one with sausage, onion, and green peppers.

My family loves this place and we like to get pizza every Friday, but for the past 3 weeks when we go in the guy that works there, whose name is Jacob, refuses to actually make anything, as well as being rude. We try and go when they open or close to it, but when Jacob works, he says they are out of cinnamon wheels and refuses to make one. The girl that works there always makes one and is very courteous, but unfortunately, at least when lazy Jacob works there, made to order means out of stock.
Once we walked into the the store we could tell how well organized and clean it was. Jamie was very friendly when we first got there and helped up put together our pizza. She is by far the best pizza maker we have every had. Very very friendly and professional. We definitely look forward to coming back.
The employees here are always so nice!!! Pizza is always great too!
The ingredients are fresh, they have varies items to choose from and staff is always friendly and u can pay with snap benefits
Outstanding pizza ?
This is my first time ordering from Papa Murphy's. When I told the cashier in the store that this was my first time ordering from them & that I was excited about trying their pizza, she said something like,'well I hope it's good' as she looked at the pizza with doubt on her face. I also ordered a 2 Litre & had to ask about where it was - this was after the transaction was complete & she said 'thank you' & walked away. When I mentioned the 2 Litre she said "you have to get it from over there; I didn't want it to break the bag". She didn't apologize, she still had no smile or energy about her, and I felt like I was getting on her nerves. (The other worker there was helping another customer.) If she doesn't like her job then she should leave. I worked in retail for 18 years as well as food service & customer service - this level of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. Everyone (and I do mean EVERYONE) deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. If she feels that working there is beneath her then please ask this cashier to leave. All humans need to eat & most humans love pizza.The 4 star rating is for the availability of the establishment & the quality of food received - those things I am 100% satisfied with. Maybe my next experience will be better, or maybe that cashier will find something she's happier doing.
