The Papa Johns Location off Broadway in Gallatin, TN. I placed an order at 8:15 and was told they’d deliver it in 2 hours. I waited 3 hours. I tried calling numerous times. I even called to check on the status of my order. The call center told me it had been picked up. I NEVER received our pizza. No one EVEN CALLED or picked up the phone. I will be reporting this to corporate offices.
Terrible customer service by “manager”. The team member I was talking with was a better representative and very professional.Door Dash delivered incorrect order because PJ made mistake. PJ would not correct order and made no attempt to right the wrong. Was told to “do whatever you want” with the pizzas that were delivered. Rude! Buyer beware!
They never answered there phone. Especially nights also canceled my order.I tried one more time and it’s been over 2hours and have no one to contact because no one answers
Hours are apparently incorrect everywhere. Online, on the app, and even the automated phone line lets you think for at least 15 minutes that someone is eventually going to answer. Tried to order via phone and never talked to anyone that was actually at the store, but rather a off site person who told me they closed at 9:40… on a Saturday at that. It’s quite hard to earn a 1-2 star review from me, but after all the trouble I went through just to find out that they weren’t open I was upset. The incorrect google hours and not answering a phone clearly display poor management of the establishment.
They Delivered an empty box and they were not prepared to do anything for their screw up. I hold Laura and her team responsible because a mistake this bad reflects on her management! From now on I will have Marco's!

11 times in 3 months, it says on the order on the side of the box, like cheese. The assistant manager Tim always says that is like cheese. No it is not I worked there for about 6 months I know it like cheese is. Do not expect for your food to be made right and on time. You can either have it made right or you can have it on time. I cannot tell you how many people's orders they screwed up when I work there and they just won't answer the phones to ignore them.
Ordered cinnamon pull apart for my autistic son because that's all he can eat from Papa Johns. Box said cinnamon pull apart but they gave us half of a cookie that he can't eat. Careless and lazy on the part of the workers.
Have ordered multiple times from them! The only complaint is i asked one time for the door bell not too be rang and they did anyways. Other than that food is on point, fast delivery and my order is correct!
The pizza here is always dry or burnt, sometimes both. Not sure why some reviews are saying the pizza here is the best in the area, because the quality here is severely lacking. You're better off taking some cardboard and covering it with sauce and cheese, because what you'll get here is almost never any better.
