Went earlier this afternoon. Inattentive waitress..Larry did not care for his food and we were HUNGRY...half got throw away ..my crispy chicken in salad overcooked..asked for catsup and didn't get til asking again a few minutes after..food temp just warm.. asked for to go and also did not get, larger woman with glasses and pony tail semi waltzing around waited on us. I'd not been here for quite awhile a very near where I live and wanted to try again with fiance..probably would not return..many other choices around.
The staff was wonderful. My baked potato wasn't hot. I ordered unsweet tea but sweet. The rolls were not good at all they were dry, tough and not hot. If the rolls I was served today is what you have changed to. Someone has made a really stupid decision. Why would you change the rolls everyone loved for the new ones that are not good at all. I'm assuming the new rolls are dirt cheap. That's the only reason that makes any sense. Another way of screwing the customer. You've already raised the prices.
Ordered tea w/extra lemon. Took 3 addnl request to get any lemon. Had to ask for bread plates. Waited forever for a salad & an appetizer. Was almost ready to leave when a runner finally brought our food out. Simply needed more help in the restaurant. Not a good experience at all and the bad thing is I love Ocharleys.
We had a pretty good dining experience. Considering Gallatin was busting at the seams, the night we chose to go out. We had 7 people and our server, Steve, brought almost everything we requested with a big smile on his face. ?
We went last night for Valentines day and after getting in faster than expected and being seated and our order taken. Then rest of the night was awful. We only saw our Waitress maybe three times, our drinks were empty for the majority of our visit, and we never got the extra bread we asked for. And I could have excused all that if the food was actually good. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken strips and steak medium well, and it came out almost completely raw and cold in the middle. His mac and cheese looked like somebody had just slapped a Kraft single ontop and microwaved it. And his daughters kids alfredo looked the same but white cheese. My food wasnt too bad, aside from the fish being over cooked, but I had to wait extra for my broccoli that showed up near the end of our visit. And the only time we had fast service was with the check. Over all, I dont think we will be visiting this location again.
Waitress was rude and they were out of cheese wedges in top shelf combo and asked if extra potato skins or chicken to replace it but got charged extra for it without being told. Took my kids soup while she was eating it. Food was over cooked.
Jordan was an awesome waitress. Everything was perfect and our teas were always full! Pretty good for a group of 10! Thank you
I have enjoyed my experience at O’Charleys the last few times I’ve been. Jordan has been my favorite server so far. She is attentive to our needs and is very friendly. I would love to have to her there every time we go!
Everything was great! Good food but better service. Steve Welch did a great job. He was on top of everything even though he was super busy. He had a great attitude the whole time. Overall, a good experience!
