undercooked food quarter ponder was bloody
Food is always great! We have had it from the drive.through, delivery and in person and it is always really good. We appreciate their excellence; their food is McDonalds at its best!
It's McDonald's everybody loves McDonald there's no question there problem is... They put the persons that has the The least amount of people skills.. NEVER a smile... 1 out of 10 times u r not Greeted with a hello and have a nice day.. its just take the money and shoves the food in ur hand and window closes.. And this has to do with just a drive-through for the most part the insiders are About 60% of the time
For the second time on a Saturday I ordered the 2 for $6 special. The big Mac was just above room temp. For the second time and the meat was overcooked. I received a quarter pounder smash burger. It was smashed, overcooked where there was no moisture left and the meat extended the bun by a half inch on all sides. When I was in college in the early 70's I cooked in a dorm with an ex-Mcdonalds employee who talked about putting 20 down and flip over. It seems like they are putting x number of quarter pounders down and smashing them to cook faster. A quarter pounder meat should fit the bun with the meat not going 1/2 inch outside the bun and have some moisture. Note: the fries were great and hot. There is a restaurant named smash burgers, they are good because they know how to not overcook them. They are not available locally. Who ever is cooking the burgers on Saturday do not cook it right. I plan on buying two more $6 quarter pounders on Saturday. If they are bad I will deal with the manager. I have contacted McDonalds and I have not heard from McDonalds.
It was pretty good like normal. I've got a Lil Boy that wears McDonalds out! So I may get a lil tired of eating it but it's always good! + I'm picky an hate onions so anytime I order a burger I order it special an it's always on point these days. I used to have to check it b4 I leave an hadn't had to do that in a while. My son is always asking about the play area tho! I hope they open it back up! I know it's difficult since Covid but it really is a place for children and I know 100% they miss that! But Thank Y'all, I know y'all work hard! So, again Thanks for real!
Always check your bag before leaving the drive-thru line they always leave something out of big orders or little orders we're really any of my orders
Almost never opens on time. I sat in the drive thru waiting on them to open, when they finally turned on the outside lights they still didn't acknowledge me even when I said "hello". So I had no idea how long it would be before they were ready to actually serve food. All they have to do is tell you about how long it will be before they'll take your order. Communication is key. This location is horrible at it.
Couldn't yanyonw to take my order at drive thru so I left. I wanted to get my ice coffee and bacon egg and cheese biscuit but no one would take my order and it was open with employees inside
Ordered Large coffee one equal two cream and got black coffee no equal no cream.Maybe someone else got the one I ordered but some people are allergic to artificial sweetener so that is concerning.
Usually on top of it at this location but not today. Was asked what I wanted to order. Only 3 items I was Mcdouble no onion large coke and 4 piece nugget. Then the young lady says what was that again. Like she had a short attention span. Then my Mcdouble comes with onion. No straw for drink and left out dipping sauce.
