Ordering was quick and easy but that, is where the good experience stopped. I was given wrong change on an order of $13.61. I gave cashier $20.01 because I didn't want more pennies. But got them anyway. Trying to explain that she gave me back the wrong change was not sinking in and another crew member stepped in. Ok if That was the only issue I could let it go but when I got to the pick up window and was handed my food then the second issue this trip began. I had ordered a meal with a medium drink Plus a large drink. The guy seems to have the two drinks then remakes one and hands me two medium drinks. I look at him and say "that's not correct." He says as he looks up at the screen "One medium and one Large sweet tea?" I say "Yes, and is one of these supposed to be a large?" He takes a beat to realize he Had a large he switched to a medium that Now has to switch back to a large... But all he says is "Oh". Remakes the drink again.Again if it had been Just the change Or drinks it would not have been a big deal. But Both issues made the trip longer than need be and tedious.
No matter what I do it seams like I get home and I missing food when going through the drive-thru I try to not take up too much time but going through the bag at the window but now I have to because this place always leaves the food out by the time you drive all the way back to get what they forgot to give you the other food's cold seems like they slop it all together and my burgers are always out of the paper get it together folks
Waited in a long line, which is normal these days due to understaffing. When I got home my husband told me there were no meat patties on his big Mac. Then I offered him my quarter pounder, which was literally raw inside. Tried to call the store and it's only a busy signal. Left a complaint with corporate. If you're going to make us wait so long, at least get it right.
Thay need a place for Door Dash to pick up should not have to go through the drive through. HELP US not hurt us . Thanks

I swear this place intentionally forgets to place food into the bag. I have yet to get a correct order at this place. Count all items before you leave the line you are missing items.
I keep saying that I won’t go back, however if’s convenient to my routes. However, I just dropped $27+ dollars here, my order was totally mixed up and I am so frustrated. Cannot call to report this because the CELL PHONE THEY USED IS NOT ACCEPTING PHONE CALLS! Really? Not surprised. I had ask for two bacon egg cheese biscuits, ended up with two gross soggy mcGrilled, no biscuits at all, ordered two medium mocha frappes(only got one)I could go on but won’t. I have been driving to the one across from the Vol State because they go over and above to make your order right. Guess I will continue to not come here. This place hasn’t done a decent job since the older lady retired that was working the window. When a ask about the frappe at the window this young boy was rude saying your order is right! I checked it, where’s your receipt!! I wasn’t given one! But I know what I ordered, young people are so rude. I worked in the public as a school secretary for 32years had i spoke to anyone in this manner, I would have been let go along time ago! Ridiculous!! I’m needing someone to Contact me! Worse McDonalds EVER!!!!I hated to even give ONE STAR!
It was Fine!! The food was Good and the employee's were Amazing. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. Gallatin, Tn. McDonald's in town are GREAT!!!
Food is great so os customer service. People complaining about no hats and uniforms need to get a grip it doesnt add or take away from the expereince.
Piss poor service. The lady giving out food was as rude as humanly possible. our food was packed incorrectly, not that it matters but it shows how much the employees care about there product and position. Egg McMuffin was soggy. Honestly, your recent ratings on Yelp and google are accurate. This place sucks.
