OMG!!! Allan Barker owns the world's best hometown Meat and Three around Middle Tennessee. Moma's Kitchen is such a blessing to our community. They serve some of the most consistently delicious food l've ever enjoyed. You've never tasted the world's most delicious catfish until you've eaten at Moma's. I've eaten there for years and it's always good day in & day out and their generous portions and prices are very reasonable for this high caliber and quality comfort food. Did l mention their Southern Sweet Tea & cornbread and sweet cream butter? My mouths a watering just thinking about it!
I went for lunch (around 12:30) and wasn’t impressed with the food or the price. None of what I got had any flavor. I got meatloaf which was average at best and room temperature. The mashed potatoes tasted like watered down instant. The green beans were swimming in grease and how on earth it is possible for macaroni and cheese to not have a hint of cheese flavor is beyond me. I did not finish my meal to say the least and made the mistake of getting a piece of pie to go. When I got home I looked and no joke..the pie was no bigger than my credit card. A meat and 3, tea, sliver of pie for $15.50!! The only plus was the server was very nice and prompt.

I hate to say this about a restaurant this is definitely one and done my wife's catfish was hard mostly batter she got 3 sides with hers I got baked ham it was fair mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes they were just fair $25 for 2 plates and drinks we won't be back
over priced small portions for the money 2 meals and 2 drinks. 2 sides with maybe a 3 ounce portion of bland ham and 3 sides with meatless hard catfish for $25 there has to be better local home cooking options in Gallatin definitely one and done for us.
I'm not a meat and 3 but the fried chicken and staff make it awesome
If I were retired, I'd eat here every day of the week. My hunting buddy and me visit this place after every hunt.
I have been there several times and I absolutely love it! I always recommend to anyone wanting a great home cooked meal to go and eat there. The only the thing is you have to get there earlier in the day, because I think they close around two o'clock.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Absolutely live the food and the bluegrass music!
