Fantastic service very very very good Mexican food top-quality served fast served hot! Extremely tasteful great flavors no complaints whatsoever I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone.
The best fajitas I have ever had!!! Perfectly seasoned and perfectly prepared. I am very particular about my food and this is the best I have ever had. Will be back! The fajitas for two are enough for four people easy.
Our experience was a first time visit and we sat at the bar. We were just wanting a drink or two and a snack before going to the movies. No one greeted us initially, and the first person who spoke to us didn't greet us, just simply asked if we had ordered drinks yet. Then we watched as they all discussed the fact that no one knew where the bar tender was.When he did arrive, he was unable to make a vodka-water with lime, which is exactly as it sounds. Also, the bar area was in disarray and smelled of dirty cleaning water..I rarely give bad reviews, but this one was bad enough that another couple came in after us...waited ...and left without even being noticed or greeted by any staff. They went down to our suggested Mexican Restaurant, Los Amigos, where I'm confident they had great service and great food.
Great food but terrible service. I understand we went on a holiday where it was busy but we have several waiters walk past us several times without being approached for chips, drinks, and/or food. We had to flag someone down after her walked past us 3 times. They even served a table before us thay sat down after us. Service got better after we complained, then was bad again. I literally almost walked out without paying because we sat at our table for like 15 minutes waiting for someone to get our bill. We went up to the front and still couldn't get anyone to pay our bill, even though there were 4 servers sitting down rolling silverware.. if I go again it'll be for pickup, IF I go again.
Never leave bad reviews unless necessary. Tried to charge $10 for chips and salsa for 2 extra salsas since we had 6 people with us they gave us 2 so we asked for 2 more they didn’t tell us it would be $5 each salsa. Asked for things he forgot to bring them twice. Food was wrong and put a taco with beans stuck to it from previous plate on new one. Never refilled our chips at all or drinks. Gave us the bill and every person had something wrong on the ticket. Told waiter and he said “go to the front they will deal with it” Went up front to pay and the lady was rude overall worst customer service.
Every thing was excellent from the service to the food. Would highly suggest!!
Lots of Mexican restaurants in area but here they rise above the rest. Service is second to none, and quality, taste, and portion sizes are perfect.Also the glass are huge and crowd pleaser. Highly recommend!
Been there twice and had great meals both times.Not your typical menu. They had a lot of authentic Mexican dishes.Will definitely return.
Had to ask for utensils and my ordered cheese dip = was good tho.Chips are hard and tasteless.Cute water glasses.
We started going here several months ago. I've never had a bad experience. The service is always good. The al pastor is absolutely amazing. I've tried many things on the menu and have enjoyed every meal.
