For a chain, I was incredibly impressed. Our server, Ethan, was excellent. A former server myself, I appreciated knowing he was checking on our progress without being intrusive.My filet was excellent. They had, unfortunately, run out of sweet potatoes by 5:30 pm on Saturday evening, but the fries were great!I loved that they had a thorough allergy menu as my son is allergic to dairy. The bread was great and dairy free. I felt like the wine list was too short, but the wines we got were good, as was the cocktail.One thing that was disappointing was that there were no high chairs. We ended up bringing in our own that attached to the table.
Longhorn steakhouse as a whole is consistent across the region and I appreciate that. This particular longhorn steak house location had excellent service from the time that I walked into the door until the time I left. I came in at around 8pm on a Monday; which I believe to be a time and day where you can expect things to be messy, but at this longhorn location they were not. I only waited about 30 seconds for a hostess to seat me in a kind and quick manor. I did however, wait for around 10 minutes before being tended to by a waiter. Which given the time and and busyness of the restaurant I believe to be acceptable. The hostess noticed me still without a menu and promptly came to give take a drink order from me and get me squared away. When I did meet my waitress finally she was very kind and very attentive and made up for the initial wait period. I ordered the shrimp for an appetizer and I enjoyed it. It is a huge dish that I believe to be very fairly priced. It could easily feed 2-3 adults. I then ordered the cowboy ribeye and a side of lobster tail. Both of these items were just “okay”. I was not at all impressed with the $11 lobster tail addition. Nonetheless I do believe it was on par for a chain steakhouse in Tennessee. It was not bad, it was cooked right, but I just would not order it again. The bone in rib-eye was also cooked correctly and tasted great, but it was not priced correctly for the quality of meat. Drinks were good and fairly price, Service was well above expected, and the food was good. All in all I would eat at longhorn steak house in Gallatin again, but I will be trying dishes that are more simple to perfect.
Had a good time, excellent service and yummy food. Our 1st time here and it was great. The medium rare was perfect!
I had the Salmon with baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli all was seasoned to perfectly, and cooked to perfection. Service is always fantastic and so friendly.
We had a late lunch and were seated immediately at the bar and our server got our beverage order and then we ordered our lunches a few minutes later. Our food arrived in a timely manner and portions were nice sized and prepared to order. Everything was delicious. We enjoyed our lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse in Gallatin.
Food was great! Service was even better. French onion soup is as good as you'll find. Really like the spicy chicken bites for an appetizer. Salmon is always my go to for an entree. Really enjoyed our visit here!
It was our 18th anniversary and they were so sweet to us. The meal was totally fantastic and they even gave us a surprised dessert.
We heard Nada changed their menu quite a while ago but had no idea... This was our third visit; the change was not for the better. Most of our favorites are gone. A small plate is best described as a tiny plate. We ordered a chicken enchilada small plate... 2 wee pieces of chicken in a two bite enchilada per the man who ate it. There are only 3 entree choices. We ordered the whole chicken and received a plate with 1/2 a chicken and a tiny bit of cucumber salad; questioned our server and was told she made that decision for us, thinking a whole chicken would be too much. We won’t return.
Food was great. Spencer was our server and he was amazing. This has become one of our #1 go to spots.
On top of being a great steakhouse, just an awesome place to visit weekly just to hang out and watch the game. You notice the staff always happy and tight with each other. That seems to rub off to great food and service
