Made order through door dash. Placed order for steak and mushrooms, sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, green beans and rolls. Order arrives as pictured. They were so kind to add receipt paper to be peeled off my steak along with a glob of what I hope is mashed potatoes. No mushrooms, silverware or any other request. When I called to let management know, the lady who answered just hung up the phone on me. I don’t typically do this and was just looking for an apology and that the staff would be notified that this is not how to send out food. Instead I get hung up on. I know much won’t happen with my review, but I am a person that will look at reviews and if you are someone who doesn’t like wasting your hard earned money. I recommend spending it elsewhere.
Service was okay. Server kept giving customers the wrong order. Other than that she was attentive. I had the 1/2rack of ribs with sweet potato and salad. The ribs were cold. The server was quick to get me some.hot ribs. My granddaughter had the chicken strip meal which she said we're excellent.
I've dined here before, and service was sub-par. This time it was a little better. On the down side, their attention to detail was lacking, We got our appetizers and salads before we got our rolls. Food was decent, but I ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened, with no sweeteners on the table. Also, I ordered a porterhouse and got a t-bone. Either they don't know the difference or they didn't think anyone would notice. I may think twice before coming back.
Horrible….3/4 of restaurant empty with a 40 minute wait.
Worst Logan's I've been to. Service is absolutely awful, not only because they're shorthanded, but also the employees that are there aren't attentive. Took ages to get seated (despite the restaurant being empty) and then took over half an hour to receive food. Our cups stayed empty and the milk my child got was spoiled. When we received the food, it was mostly correct and tasted good.
When we arrived the hostess was pretty much out of her mind and this place was not busy. Arrived 3:24, waited till 4:00 to be seated. Once seated, we waited 24 more minutes for drinks, while the staff discussed the issues with the hostess. On multiple occasions instead of getting services the staff would gather at the register and gossip, stand around. The appetizer took 20 minutes to come out and it was incorrectly ordered. In the process of waiting the waitress suggested this would be a great place for a restaurant. We spent a grand total of 2.25 hours for a place that is not busy. The food did turn out ok but the burger was missing bacon, and the fries didn't come out loaded as ordered.I did end up with a piece of cheese cake.
Had an hour wait on a Sunday at 4 in the afternoon. We ordered drinks they were made incorrectly after being remade twice. The service was horrible and the food was the worst we ever had the steak was overcooked the salmon was overcooked. The server never checked on us. Will definitely not come here again .
I found a hair in my salad. Breanna, who was our server , was sweet but seemed a bit overwhelmed. It was not busy. I understand the lack of service, but where is the quality. The common courtesy to speak to guests, check in, let them know the situation with their food, it seems non existent. No management came to speak to us. The item was removed from the check, however I still miss just good old fashioned customer service. There seems to be no pride, or strong moral work ethic anymore.
We were well taken care of by Samantha! She made wonderful recommendations on appetizers, food, drinks and dessert. Everything certainly met our expectations. Thank you for s great night.
This is the worst, most incompetent business in Sumner County. Several interactions with this restaurant, order has NEVER been correct, food has never been right, and they are dreadfully slow. Do not waste your money here. Absolutely the worst dining option in the state of Tennessee.
