Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at Little Caesars. It took an hour to get an order of cheese bread. What happened to “Hot N Ready”? Lol that’s a joke. There is nothin Ready about an hour wait for cheese bread.
Ok Where do I start? THE LAST TIME I went to Little Ceasers Pizza O was real hungry and it was two hours after they were supposed to be open but FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED. Par for course in today’s world. I used to love Little Ceazars but most the employees are nice sometimes but normally Horrible food handling practices and just Nasty ... Biggest deal kill for me POST COVID is THAT OFTEN the new employees are very nice taking your cash or card BUT THEY Innocently NEVER CHANGE THEIR PLASTIC GLOVES AFTER HANDLING CASH or Taking OUT GARBAGE OR CLEANING ETC. Nor WASH THEIR HANDS. It would be nice is the Food Makers Didn’t handle money optimally. But if they do And don’t CHANGE GLOVES. I CANT STOMACH TO EAT THERE ANYMORE. And I have got THE DIARRHEA TWICE FROM EATING THERE PIZZA. Beware.I still EAT PIZZA FROM LITTLE CEAZARS In other Cities But Not IN GALLATIN. ? ? ?. OTHERWISE VERY NICE PEOPLE. Just Beware of their Food Handling Practices. ALSO I HAVE SEEN SMALL KIDS IN THE COOKING AREA. Months ago ? ? ?. I JUST AM TOO SCARED TO EAT THERE ANYMORE. I LOVE THEIR PIZZA I AM STARVING FOR A CLEAN PLACE TO EAT. HELP!!!!!
We ordered two pizzas, One deep dish and one regular sausage pizza. The only thing I’ve ever liked has been the deep dish. They’ve always been consistently pretty good with some variation. The one I got from this location has taken the prize for the worst deep dish I’ve ever had. The crust was barely crisped on the edges and looked thrown together. They literally closed the box on the pizza. The dough on the regular sausage pizza was also underdone. Severely disappointed in what we got from this particular location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Honestly some of the best pizza I've had, they're never heavy on the sauce or the cheese and the pizza always has that charred leopard pattern on the crust
Got the cheese bread sticks and cheese wasnt even melted, I pulled it straight out and then noticed the bread stick was still dough and not fully cooked. Do not get these at the location in Gallatin TN. They apparently don't know how to cook. Not only did we get these, we got the crazy breast sticks and in batch was burnt on bottom. They like to make people sick apparently with under cooked dough and burnt food. Only giving 2 stars as pizza is still good.
All around unprofessional!!!! The girl who makes the pizzas couldn’t stop drinking her drink!! The little short manager was walking around talking bad about other employees in front of customers!!! All while ended up waiting around 50 minutes for two calzones because they couldn’t get it together!!! They need real management!!

Crazy Bread was ghosty and soggy. Not sure what the extra wait was for but 10 minutes after pickup time the pizza was nearly cold when it was handed to me. Pizza itself wasn't very good, but besides being lukewarm I don't fault this store for that.I will call out the fact that they disabled online ordering, assumingly due to volume.. they weren't very busy. This disabled contactless pickup, and made it impossible to use the combo deals advertised. Over the phone they refused to honor the advertised prices.When I arrived there seemed to be one person busting tail, and a store full of staff not moving very fast. No one wearing masks, including people handling food.
Literally the best place to get a quick bite. Never a line, always friendly greeted and they take quarters!!!! $6.06 tax and all for a pepperoni hot- n- ready. Love ? it
Where to start ! The manager looked like he just got out of prison after serving 30 years ,They now make italian cheesy bread made out of bubble Gum , so nasty i dont know how they can do that ! Use to buy pizza there but not anymore
