Been sitting in drive through 15mins still sitting here. line has not moved not even one car. Didn't know I'd have to wait for them to hire a whole crew.... maybe by July 4th I'll be at window... what is taking this long....? Usually good service. Not the case today. Do better. PleaseEdit. 10 more mins still no progress left without food and a lot less gas. No longer worth stopping at. Go anywhere else people
The cook and counter employee were very sweet. They were the only two working and did everything to get the order in a timely manner. Be nice to your food service worker, they are all working under staffed and under paid.
I went in to get carry-out, because the drive through was busy. While placing my order, I noticed that the counter was a little sticky. While waiting for my order, I saw that there were a couple dozen fries on the floor in front of the fryer, and the workers were just walking on them. One even deliberately kicked some under the fryer. The food was good, but I'm not sure I'd go back to this location due sanitation concerns.
Did not tell us they had no ice til we had paid . We could have asked for our money back but we only had 30 minutes left to eat . We had to go elsewhere to even eat our food because one of the workers had brought there 2 kids to work with them that wouldn't have bothered me because I understand people need to work but there was one child asleep laying across two of the chairs for customers to sit. And the other one was laying in a sleeping bag half dressed she was a little girl and it was very inappropriate. So we took the food and had to go by ice at a mapco and even with all that both come and Dr pepper was so flat . I love Krystal's but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. My suggestion ask if the have ice first.
Longer wait meant fresh hot food. Perfect sizes to munch while driving...
I was born to love Krystal Restaurant normally BUT IN GALLATIN Tn. I CANT STOMACH EVER TO EAT THERE. Too Many Nasty Things to List. But the last Straw for me Was seeing THE GUYS COOKING THE HAMBURGERS VAPING WHILE COOKING ???? OMFG??! You can’t be serious. I wouldn’t let my dog Eat there. Definitely the NASTIEST ? ? ? PLACE IN Gallatin to buy food. I have seen them drop stuff on floor and pick up and use. Too much to list. DONT EVER GO TO KRYSTAL IN GALLATIN. I see Employees smoking outside for years and never wash hands before making your food. ? ? but otherwise nice people just clueless about the need for food cleanliness practices. I been expecting the Health codes to shut them down for years. THE THOUGHT OF KRYSTAL IN GALLATIN makes me want to VOMIT!!!! Sad thing about Krystal In Gallatin is everyone knows They had a long history of NASTY BEHAVIOR & PRACTICES PRE-COVID. They Can’t blame Their behavior on Covid Shut Down Like a lot of other well ran restaurants Pre-Covid. They were already Nasty Pre-Covid. Goes to show Their Apparently is “No cure For Stupid”. ?
Hot fresh and so delicious. It's a shame they can't get people to work as there were only two people who were working the evening we stopped by. The wait was a bit long but oh so worth it.Gallatin Krystal you rock.
During the day I can get my food fast and hot, but it seems when I go there at night, the wait is at least 30mins even when the line is short, and food may be luke warm
Everytime I come here it always takes 30 minutes to get my food. Hire some more people!
Krystal’s is one of my favorite guilty pleasures and this one is in a area I’m in frequently. The last 2 times I have been to this place I have been in uniform (EMS) and have been told they couldn’t serve me. First time they didn’t want to and a manager showed up and finally got us an incorrect overpriced order, but we got served. The last time was just in the last week. Getting off work and in line with people taking orders and it gets to me and they say they aren’t taking anymore orders. There was an order taken mere seconds before I walked up and there was still cooking being done. It was in between 6-7pm. I love Krystal’s and wish I could eat it more but this is my closest one and I refuse to go back and be treated like that.
