$8.99 for a regular ham sub. Ridiculous !!!2 very thin slices of bread, 4 very small tomato slices ,little to no shredded lettuce.1st time customer.Definitely will not visit Jimmy John's again.Poor quality and value for the cost.

We just recently discovered Jimmy johns and have loved it the past couple visits. Staff is friendly. Sandwiches are good. But tonight we got dinner and the bread is so hard we can barely eat it. I spent $34 for us to pull the turkey/etc off the sandwich:/ normally wouldn't worry about it but $34 is a lot for 3 subs that we can barely eat.
Very fresh sandwiches ( coldcuts and veggies) with tasty rolls. Staff is always friendly and extremely fast and efficient. Rewards program is decent and usually offers free items.
