Worst Jersey Mike’s sandwich’s we’ve ever had. They had barely any meat on the sandwiches. But as we had the order to go didn’t have a chance to question the poor quantity of meats in the sandwich. Evan Subway would have a better sandwich than these, which is really sad.Love Jersey Mikes but they failed us big time on this one. As usual the bread was delicious.Bill.
Called at 1:30 to place a carry out. Phone was answered and was told they'd be right with me...left on hold for 15. Hung up, kept trying to call, phone was busy. So not only did he mpt take my order. But forgot to hang up phone. Drove to restaurant to place order, not a customer in the store. No apology from associate, I was just told that I called at a busy time. Unbelievable!
My sandwich is mostly bread they shorted me on the meat and the vegetables other than that it was pretty good...

Great food, great service. I try and visit at least once a week and is always amazing. Young man with glasses is always super quick, and always knows what I order. Everyone is very friendly, store is always tidy. I recommend to anyone wanting the best sandwich in town.

The servers are sooo nice!!! The restaurant is so clean and bathrooms are super clean! The manager was overly friendly! My favorite place to eat. I give it a 10?
The team at the Gallatin location went ABOVE AND BEYOND with their service tonight. They were amazing and handled my gluten allergy like rockstars. Wiped down the meat slicer, counters, knives, cutting area…everything. I was amazing how seriously they took this. Not all places do this…Great job guys! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
They can't tell the difference between a pick up time and delivery time with Grubhub. I was supposed to pick up an order at 11:13 and the time to drop off and deliver was 11:44. Because the ticket on their end said 11:44 they refused to make the order until then thus making the customer's food late. I explained all of this to the woman working behind the counter who wanted to make an argument out of it and they still refused to make the food. They were very rude and had an attitude about it too. Absolutely poor service all around.
Was great until they decided to remove the Cheetos chips. Said they had to much variety. Guess I'll bring my own and you can just miss a sale.
