This location ALWAYS is super clean, friendly staff, quality correct orders, speedy, polite, and is my favorite fast food place in the Gallatin area by far. The management always has a strong positive presence and the employees display accurate descriptions of new and upcoming menu items to get excited about. Tosha, Jessica, Terri, and Jessica (in no specific order) threat regulate like me and my friends and family like they care and are family themselves. I can’t think of any suggestive improvements I would make to this location. They are getting it right every time as far as I’m concerned.
They don’t even deserve one star. When you go around 6:15 and nobody takes your order in drive till 6:29 cause we had to call and ask if open people need to get fired for this. What is the point in running a business if you are not going to help your customers. Then you tell us sorry our headsets are died then that means you need to stand outside and help people.
VERY GREASY! ORDERED A NUMBER 8 LOADED OMELETTE BISCUIT! LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE WHICH THEY NEVER DO BUT THIS ONE BARELY HAD ANY MEAT IN IT! AND THE BISCUIT WASN'T COOKED ENOUGH..I FORGOT TO TAKE THE PICTURE OF IT I WAS SO HUNGRY I SCARFED IT DOWN ANYWAY NEED TO DO BETTER HARDEE'S FOR EVENTUALLY YOU'RE GOING TO BE ONE OF THOSE USED TO BE RESTAURANTS OR REMEMBER WHEN RESTAURANTS! USED TO BE GOOD QUALITY FOOD WHEN I WORKED FOR THEM YEARS AND YEARS AGO NOT NOW! AND LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE HELP IS GETTING WORSE WITH ATTITUDES!
Sadly this Hardee’s has ruined them all for me. Used to love the ones in east TN, but this one is awful. Biscuits always taste like they’re 3 days old. I’ve given it 3 tries, everyone was the same. Latest visit was the worst.
I bought a breakfast platter with sausage this morning. As usual the dining room was closed. Took nearly 25 mins to get thru the drive thru. I live 1/10 of a mile from Hardee's, Got home they had left my gravy out. I called and they told me to bring it back and they would replace with a fresh platter. I took it back, when I got home the eggs were cold, sausage was cold and burnt as was the biscuit. they put your gravy in a medium coffee cup now which was only about 1/3 full, cold and thick as molasses. Go to Mable's or Old Glory if you want a descent breakfast at a reasonable price.
Wonderful staff, sometimes it does get busy in the mornings but have respect for them they do the best they can and usually It's the regulars who have been coming since it first opened, have some respect and love for your fellow people . Everyone needs to smile and watch the world get better it starts with us in our city .
Waited for 40 mins in line, 10 mins at the speaker to end up leaving before getting served in the drive thru. They just kept saying they would be right there. While pulling off.. there was no cars even at the window. It was like they would only serve one car and wouldnt serve the next till the car in front was gone.
Fast service. Delicious steak biscuits and gravy.
Terrible customer Service won’t help you when they short you they make you wait in this long long line to get what you’ve already paid for absolute terrible
Even with the line backed up around the building, the staff was amazing and got the orders out in a timely manner. Will definitely visit this location again!
