Garcias has a very large menu and great selections. The menu is not a typical "Mexican Restaurant" menu. Great service. Delicious food. Large parking lot. The restaurant facility was once the location of a sports bar. The old bar is gone, but the decor remains in this new restaurant, i.e. sports flags and banners and televisions lining the walls. They have a large Waite staff and delicious food. They are located on US 31E, Gallatin Pike, next to Lowes.
Garcia's is THE best Mexican restaurant that I've eaten at in a very long time. I am also a former Mexican restaurant owner- so believe me when I say- they have delicious food & many options. They not only have regular tacos & Calle tacos- they have a variety of tacos styles! I highly recommend the Tacos de Birria- not only are they all the rage on TikTok- but they really are yummy w/shredded beef instead of ground beef, with melted white cheese, and onions & cilantro melted into the cheese- they also dip the tacos in yummy aujus, and then placed on the griddle to crisp it to perfection! That's my personal favorite. They have so much more options than the other locales, super clean, friendly & very nice atmosphere with ambient lighting & decorative- as well as a lot of seating to fit large groups. You HAVE to try them!! They have 2 locations in Gallatin- 1 on S.Water & they other on Memory Ln.
I really love the food and atmosphere here, but I've been a few times now and the wait staff never seem to be worried about keeping the table happy. Empty drinks (alcoholic and not), long wait to order, forgetting things...it's just always something. I hope things get better bc I like everything else!!
First time here and was not disappointed! Sat at the bar during 2 for 1 happy hour and their margaritas are awesome! Waitstaff was constantly checking on us and the food is fantastic! Nuff said!
Very overpriced for the quality of food. Service was slow. Had to ask repeatedly for basics like refill on water, napkins and straws. Will not go back. Ridiculous to pay for chips and salsa refills.
2 hours agoNEWMy son got a Quesadilla dripping wet with grease,sent it back and got a taco salad. It had a Mote of Grease where it wasn't drained. The waitresses and workers are all excellent.But the owners Daughter/manager Told us we were lying and snatched the bill from my hand. Ive went every Friday night for 2 years and I don't think I'm ever gonna go back.
The wait staff is great. The restaurant is clean and well lit. The food was terrible. Carne Asada is disgusting. Very thin slices of salty tough beef. Resembles Steakums. Gross.
This place is beautiful and more plentiful but prefer their other location. A great restaurant nontheless
Nice place and the food was excellent. This was our second trip and both visits were consistent and the food was great. Nobody left with leftovers and I'll definitely be back. The entire restaurant has flat screen TVs all the way around and the decor is very nice. Our servers were nice and we enjoyed them very much.
Food was amazing had tacos a la parilla the tacos were great and the sincronizada quesadilla was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.
