Best garcias, best Mexican in the county easily.Steak, Chicken, carnitas, chorizo.. all winners and never over cooked.Shortlist:Guacamole MexicanoAlambre FriesBirria TacosViva La Mexico fajitasTamalesHorchataAgua FrescasLose a star for weak cheese dip. Often barely warm, and super thin. Flavor is ok. This isn't terrible, as it pushes is to try other things.. and the other things here are exceptional! So bonus ?

Absolutely delicious. Friendly service and reminds me of back home in Texas.

First time there and I wasn't to happy. Good Margaritas. Service was not so great and I received a plate of Steak fajitas without the tortillas, by the time the tortillas came (not enough corn tortillas for the fajitas) the steak fajita was cold, they took the steak fajitas back to the kitchen to heat them up and when the skillet came back everything was rubbery and I hated it....

1st time here last nite, waitress wasnt the friendliest, felt rushed to order and to eat. Ordered tacos just to hurry up since we got there at 8 and they closed at 9 and I can HONESTLY make better tacos at home. No cilantro no pico de gallo, my chicken was liquidy which made my hard tacos soggy. Restaurant still had plenty of people but our waitress just seemed like she was ready to go. The rest of my fam enjoyed their meal though. My 12 yr old ordered chicken tenders and never received bbq sauce. Waitress never came back to ask us if we needed anything or to see how our order was. She rudely asked if we wanted anything else and once I said no she rudley put the check down and walked away. I almost didnt tip her but only tipped her $5 instead of $10 cause i get restaurants are frustrating to work in but she did apply to work there so.... Im not from area but just wanted to let new people know dont order chicken tacos

I've been here twice this week because I fell in love with the Birria Tacos. They're absolutely incredible! I also really enjoyed the chips and salsa!

So good and delicious, the price is not cheap tbh tho! We ordered Chili Colorado, it’s soo spicy be careful ;)

Eat there every day then they want charge an extra 3 bucks for chips and salsa. Probably only Mexican restaurant to ever have done that. Well congrats, seems like Dos Margaitas just gained a new loyal customer, enjoy that extra couple bucks. You just lost alot more money by losing me.

Wife told me about her great experience here, so we both decided to go so that I could check it out. Inside seemed nice - TVs everywhere, full bar, good seating. We waited over 30 mins for the food, but we figured it was due to the place being somewhat busy for a Saturday lunch, and (we assumed) new kitchen staff and/or labor shortages. No big deal. Meal arrived, and my wife's chicken was beat to hell & very dry. I ordered the nachos jalisco. There wasn't one shrimp on it. I didn't realize it came with peppers & onions (menu doesn't state that), but it's not normally a big deal, as other restaurants do serve it with peppers & onions, and I just pick them out. However, these peppers & onions were very fine & practically smush, so it was very difficult to pick out. The amount of chicken & steak was very little.I ended up calling it quits & stopped trying to dissect the meal, just for a couple of bites of steak & chicken with the nachos. My wife took a few bites of the chicken before throwing in the towel. No sign of our server. I went to the front register to ask for our check so that we could pay & leave. We hated wasting the food, but it was just terrible. Two full meals wasted. We'll be returning to our usual place.

This has always been one of our favorite places to eat in Gallatin. We had not been there in a few months and visited last night. What a disappointment! The Coca Cola was terrible. Mix was all soda water. I asked for it to be replaced with another drink option. Then it was 15-20 minutes before waiter returned to take our order. It appeared he did not want to serve us after the first mistake. After ordering, it was about 30 minutes before food arrived. They brought my husband’s meal but not mine. His meal was warm but not hot. And the fish was over cooked. My meal came about 10 minutes later and it was not what I ordered. It took about 5 minutes for waiter to resolve. Then I saw him take the meal to another table.About 10 minutes later, my meal arrived. Everything was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. By the time the waiter checked on us, my husband had finished his meal. I informed him of the issue but he did not offer to resolve. I just asked him to box it up and brought home to my dog.The issues were brought up when we paid our check. They didn’t even apologize for the bad experience. All that was said is “I’ll check that out”. We paid the full amount and left. Will probably never return. This is sad because this used to be a wonderful place to dine if you were in the mood for Mexican food. Staff was always friendly. Food was good and hot. Not anymore. I did not recognize it as the same restaurant.

Typical Mexican menu. The chicken enchiladas were made with canned chicken, 3 of us ordered this, cold canned chicken, none of us finished it, we all took it home for the dogs. Very disappointing. The beef burrito was pretty good, per the person who ordered it. That said, half of it also got fed to the dogs. This place has been here for years, i hadnt been there in about 3 maybe 4 years... they really could use better quality beef, pork and especially chicken... we all know what canned Chicken looks and tastes like... you can't hide it... best on menu is the chips and salsa, and the salsa could use some fresh ingredients, like jalapeños and onions, and peppers added...
