This place rocks my socks. Cool start up story too. Staff at this location are all really nice. Been enjoying their blended coffee drinks for the better part of a decade now, always love to find a new location.
I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker. However, since this place has opened I will not go anywhere else to get coffee. I have one complaint. They need to take better care of the girls outside taking the orders. It has been way to hot and humid for them to stand out there. They either need to have mist machines for them to stand under and cool off or have a cooler with water in it. I understand they have cool packs they can wear but it seems like they can only wear them in certain degrees. When the iPad they are working on does not want to work because it's so hot outside that is a huge issue.
Finally had an opportunity to try this place out... Sunday, 7:30ish am... no line! The young lady standing outside, who took my order, was very sweet, courteous, and professional! Inside staff was great as well! Got my drink and all the hype was true! I have a new favorite!
So excited to finally have one of these nearby after falling in love with them on a trip to the west coast. Cheaper than Starbucks *and* way better, and their workers are always really kind and friendly. 100/100, can’t wait to make going here my new habit.
My wife and I had our first Dutch Bros coffee today, and it was....awesome! The White Chocolate Mocha was great as well as the service. We will definitely make this a must have when in Gallatin!
I had to see what all the Hullabaloo was about....I pulled up, saw the line and immediately thought is this going to be worth the wait. Answer? Yes. And I didn't even get the coffee! I was perusing the menu and saw the Daydream "Rebel" (which is their energy drink line). The flavor of the elderberry and the passion fruit reminded me of the Flintstones Push Pops I used to get from the ice cream truck when I was a kid. It was sweet and refreshing..and nostalgic. And that pillowy "soft top" had me taking out the straw I was given and just drinking that. Next time, I might try the coffee...or maybe a tea or frost or who knows. There is so much to choose from and experience. Wait in the line...you won't be sorry.
The staff is very friendly and helpful when ordering. Even with a line of cars, I've never waited an extended amount of time. The staff works quickly and efficiently to get your order out to you. And the coffee is absolutely delicious!
I cannot say enough great things about this location. Coffee is DELICIOUS but the customer service is BEYOND amazing. Do yourself a "flavor" and go see Dutch Bros!
I was SO EXCITED to hear Dutch was coming to town! For years I have only been able to enjoy a good Rebel or Iced coffee while on the west coast. They have done a great job keeping this new location streamlined to other more senior stores. FAST service despite long lines, and FRIENDLY faces on every shift. The menu, speed, and staff set this chain apart from your local Starbucks and DD. I personally live in Nashville, and have come to the Gallatin location 6-7 times since opening.Ps. PLEASE please build in Nashville and West Nash!
Peace out Starbucks! Not only do they have the best menu/drinks, the staff is super friendly and always greet us with a smile even when they’re freezing standing outside ! So happy to have them here locally!! Thanks guys !
