Either get a sugar dispenser that works properly, or teach your employees to monitor the amount it dispenses. In the last 6 months I have not received a properly prepared coffee from this location. Each time I say I'll never return to this location again.....but I forget, and find myself with another coffee with no sugar. I have repeatedly told employees and managers with no results. There is definitely a problem when a coffee shop can't make a black coffee with sugar.
Don't waste your time. 20+ minute wait inside for 2 cups of coffee. Drive to Starbucks or the Dunkin in Hendersonville.
Nothing special about this place, third time here and they don’t have the French crullers which is the only donut I even come here for. I guess this location just doesn’t stock them because the other DD down the road always has them

I'm over the sign blocking the front door. At least if I order online I should be able to run in and get my coffee. Now I'm sitting in a 20 minute drive through lane to get something that was made 20 minutes ago. This cannot be good for there business. I come back because the people are usually nice and also it's the only DD around.
The inside hasn't been opened in a month so all orders have to go through the drive-thru. Even if you have a walk-in order. It takes 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. I would avoid coming back here until the inside is regularly open again.
Good coffee just slow.
I was devastated yesterday when I came in and only 2 of the normal employees still worked there. I completely see why as they were all stressed out and understaffed but the "new" employees they've brought in are TERRIBLE. They are rude to customers, the employees, and they will be the demise of the Gallatin location. Thankfully for my last coffee trip to Dunkin, Bailey and Logan were able to fulfill my order and I will be saving A LOT of money since I won't be going back. The interim staff that have been brought in clearly were not evaluated as a good fit for this location since 42 regulars are now boycotting and this is sad!
This is the second week in a row they have messed up our order. I ordered on the app and asked for extra egg on my breakfast sandwich and instead it came with no egg on it. I'm lactose Intolerant and always ask for no cheese and they put cheese on my sandwich.
