Ridiculous that I’m not even able to talk to the store. An order that would’ve taken 1 minute over the phone took 10 mins. I’ve always called Dominos, and after putting my address in once I never had to do it again. I had to confirm 3 different times my address, had the entire order repeated back twice. I live one minute away and ordered twenty minutes before close because it would’ve been easy. They literally didn’t place my order until 10 before close. Now I actually feel terrible about ordering. Go back to talking to the actual workers in the store.
First time they brought us someone else's order and took it back. Second time they brought our order but it was half wrong. THIRD time they STILL got the pasta wrong. What the ever living hell. Been on hold for 20 minutes and haven't been able to speak to anyone. Will NOT be using this useless store. Just stick to papa johns.
Everything is good but the cost of two pizzas to be delivered was way too high
Been going the extra mile for last six months because store by Kroger marketplace goofed. This one has been good paying attention to special order requests except it’s tuff to get pie cut thin crust from here; that request is usually ignored.
Horrible horrible customer service the girl at the front who also answers the phones is beyond rude. Today she hung up on me twice and told me to go order somewhere else said that they don’t need my money. I proceeded to go into the store to pick up my food and she canceled my order. I asked To speak to the manager and was told call him. Then she cussed me out.
We have ordered delivery many times. Orders have always been correct, timely and drivers are great! We will definitely order again!
They’re always so accommodating and the food is always so good and fresh. It’s never made sloppy and always just as we ordered. Love this location!
Love the newly renovated building and lot. Super awesome staff, fast checkout, hot food, no items missing, very clean facility, friendly staff, made sure all my needs were met before leaving.
I ordered 4 sandwiches and one was completely burnt and had 4 pieces of chicken on it and the other sandwich had 3 pieces of chicken and the chicken wasnt on the bread it was in the box on the side of the bread. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the customer service was horrible i was trying to explain what was wrong with the food and he kept talking over me on the phone. Would not recommend.
I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. It was good. Highly recommend.
