I'm giving UT a one star because the ice cream was great. However, I ordered three meals backing it up with three ice cream. My order was $50. Again the ice cream was great, the burgers and chicken strips were so greasy the napkins in the bag were yellowed before we even started eating. The cashier handed me each item individually also. No cup holder for our three drinks, or our three blizzards. I will not be returning. I can go to sonic, get the same thing twenty dollars cheaper, less grease, and better service.
Okay I went there last night and it was okay, thought I'd give it a go today and was disappointed. What I wanted to order they didn't have, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich instead, they asked lettuce, tomato and mayo ok, yes please.. I got some mayo tons of lettuce no tomato, lid that kept popping off my drink and I ordered a dipped cone..got ice cream in a cup with the topping on it. I just took it bc eh it's a cone. However, I was surprised at the sandwich and the fact the drink was spilling bc of the lid. I'm disappointed that there seems to be no training but new ppl. I remember this location being great a year ago but now it's not so much
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. We place our order, and have a seat. I never heard a name or number get called after about 5 minutes, so I go up to stand at the counter. I see food sitting under the heat lamp (which is odd because part of the order is a salad. There are no employees at the front counter, they are all hiding in the back laughing. You can plainly see employees at the drive-thru window laughing, and joking with each other. When you make eye contact with these employees, they dip behind a counter out of view. I finally see someone picking at her hair with her fingernails, at least she didn't dip away when I made eye contact. I asked her "is that my order in the window," she came around to get the order and hand it to me, not even knowing if it is mine or not. Luckily it was, however the lettuce in the salad was wilted due to the heat lamp. The rest of the food was sub-par. We did purchase an ice-cream cake from the freezer which was good (yet overpriced), however that is the only reason this review gains a 2 star. The owner of this store needs to reconsider his employees.
The staff I'd always friendly and the food fresh and delicious!Edited to add 4/01/22: This DQ is still drive up only, due to COVID. My mom and I stopped for lunch and there were four cars on front of us. They were very efficient! We were through the line and with our hot, fresh orders on no time! They still get five stars from me!
These kids you have running this place are the most crass and lazy people in the area, the drive thru moves at a snail's pace, even though you have the lobby closed, get serious and do something to fix it corporate!
Absolutely terrible!! My child is 13 years old and these rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, careless people will be sued due to putting my child life in danger n robbing my baby with no gun!! They charged my child $70+ and my baby couldn’t eat any of it!!! What part of no ketchup didn’t they understand!! My baby is ALLERGIC!!! Then they charged my child $15.59 for popsicles we didn’t order receive!! The fries was old, cold and stiff and the blizzard was melted!!! We love 3-5 minutes away! When I called to speak with the manager.. she told me not to cuss at her which I used 1 curse words and it wasn’t towards her and I have freedom of speech and I’m 43! It’s my mouth and my child life they playing with!! Then she hung up in my face!! I’m definitely calling corporate and filling a law suit being my child has an allergic reaction and was out of $70+!!!

I went through the drive thru at 10:53 am on 12/14/2021. This was the best Dairy Queen I ever had! The lady who took my order was so friendly and greeted me with a smile at the window. My receipt says it was Karla. She was such a pleasure and although it was a brief interaction, just her hospitality made the experience even better.The food was the best I ever had too. I got a $6 bacon cheeseburger meal and it was fast and fresh! I wish every "fast food" experience could be like this. Thanks to DQ, Karla, and the cooking team for an experience that will be hard to beat! Keep on smiling Karla! It doesn't go unnoticed!
