The waitress we had was a 15/10! She kept our drinks full (I like my Dr pepper) and checked on us regularly but gave us our space to take our time. I didn't ask her name, but she had blonde hair and served us at a booth close to the bar next to the kitchen. I tipped her well because she really made the chili's experience even more amazing than ever and I recommend everyone else does so she'll stay and we can have more great visits!
Literally the worst service I have ever received. First off the place is a frozen tundra and we wait to meet out waiter for a while he came back about 10 minutes later with our drinks and to take our order about 15 minutes later food came out and none of the food was what we ordered so we wait another 20 minutes for new food that was still not right but honestly I didn't want to send it back another time and wait even longer. The food we ended up with was very old and far from good. Honestly we just wanted to be done so we could leave. I have never seen worse service and will definitely not be back to this location.
We waited 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated we ordered our drinks and food. No one came back with our food. Although others came in after us and were served. After waiting for more than an hour and 15 minutes we realized we were not going to be served anytime soon, so we decided it was time to leave and we did! We will never visit the Chili's in Gallatin TN again!!
The salad I got was amazing! I forgot a pic! It was fresh and the waitress was a doll. Every waitress made sure you were okay as they went by without aggravating. We sat there for hours working and the folks were friendly and made sure we still had a drink and were comfortable. It was clean and nicer than most Ive been in.
I had such a great experience. I came in for dinner and drinks and everything was delicious. The African American guy with some cool tattoos who brought us our food was so awesome and hilarious and I wish I would’ve gotten his name. Will definitely be back!!
This was a 3rd strike for what at one time was a favorite place for us. We gave them extra chances because we understand folks don't want to work... but this last experience was it for us. Burnt cold food was actually brought to our table, after 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting. Not sure what happened in the last few months at this location, but definitely needs some attention.
We came to Gallatin for a wedding and we had nothing to do during the day so we decided to go to the local chilis. INCREDIBLE. Presidente margaritas and food was served very quickly. We had a table of 20 and they split ALL our checks. 5 stars for chilis. Wow.
Sat at the bar an had a great experience nice waitress/bartender. Me an my date both ordered food an drinks. Everything was good.
Wait staff was friendly and stopped by often to check on us..food came quickly hot and fresh, restaurant was clean.,I recommend you try them
We went to this restaurant at peak time on a Friday night. The reasonable wait at this time of the week was well worth it. After being seated, our Server, Becky, was very personable and on top of all aspects of our dining experience. She worked her assigned area of the restaurant very well, and showed no signs of frustration due to high volume. We did have an appetizer that was somewhat late getting to the table, but that is expected on occasion during peak times. Without us asking for assistance, Becky noticed the delay and took initiative to address the missing item. After attending to the situation, she also had the manager come over to comp the missing appetizer. Jake, the manager, was very nice, and said he would take care of the charge for the appetizer. I told him that was not necessary, and he insisted. In addition to the outstanding customer service we always receive here, the food has never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant!
