Food was good however, the young black girl that took our our order wasn’t very friendly we had difficulty understanding her when we told her she apologized but said she didn’t feel well. Made me question if she was that sick if she should have even have been working around food.
Left the fish off of the deluxe seafood platter and the 2 piece fish platter. Needs to check orders twice before serving them.
Food had a good taste, but the 2 sides, I received, were very small. But the service was also good. First time I had been in over 6 months. This was due to bad service and taste of food. The last 2 times I had stopped there. Glad to see there had been improvement.
The food was excellent but the customer service was lacking somewhat. When I say lacking I mean that it was lacking in friendliness. There were no smiles and cheerfulness. It was almost as if nobody was happy to be there serving customers. But otherwise the food is great.
Had to wait for a little bit, but we ordered a lot of food. It was hot and fresh, the sweet tea was great, and the order was completely correct. Well worth the short wait!! ??

Line was ridiculous long. Customer service was real good. Lady at the window was great, super sweet. Food was hot and fresh. Fish, Hush puppies and ? my favorite on this stop. Also my meal was huge I shared it for lunch the next day also.
Me and my wife came through the Drive Thru and ordered a Seafood Feast.We waited for almost 20 minutes for the person to bring it out to us and when we finally got home with it we noticed the fish had some kind of funny taste to it. Tasted like it was cooked in old grease or something. Not to mention 2 of our sides were wrong and no sauces either. Bad experience
Always a Great place to eat. Staff is always very friendly and helpful!! We will always come back. Just love our Captain D's in Gallatin, Tn.
11/2021: I waited 6 minutes behind 8 other cars. None moved! I drove elsewhere.Update 12/21/21, 6pm: For the 3rd time I waited a long time, tonight 20 minutes in a line 10 cars long. Then, they handed me my order, correctly repeating it... Except what was in bag was not it. While I waited, 5 cars pulled out of line and left without ordering. Lost business! They need to pay enough to attract employees, and then supervise them. What they saved in lost business would make up for increased wages.
