Food brought out at different times, they are doing construction and it smells like a wood work shop . Nails were on floor in dining area . Atmosphere isn’t friendly is like all business. Eat and move
After an hour and ten minutes of waiting and customers who came in fifteen minutes ago getting served, we received our order which was wrong. I was informed by the shift manager that she had forgotten to put our order in. Then proceeded to hand us a ticket for 2 drinks and fried Pickles. Lack of leadership really hurt this Father's day.......
Really Slow service.One couple who arrived at the same time got up and left before they even got their drinks. The server forgot to give us napkins. No big deal. We found some by the iced tea station. The Food was cold. My husband could have used a refill but none offered. It seems like a little thing but We noticed the windows and the entryway were really really dirty. There was trash out front. You can’t always help things like this but some of this stuff looked like it had accumulated over time. My husband didn’t get correct change back but we were ready to leave so we didn’t challenge it. Everyone can have an off night and we may have come in after a busy day but none of this made a good impression. It may be an issue with staffing but we saw several wait staff around. We might try it again sometime because my husband likes wings but We hope you guys might have a team meeting and discuss some of these issues.
Good attention and admirable people
If I could give zero stars I would. Just noticed the waitress added a tip on her own even though I had gave the family we were out to eat with cash and he added a tip to his purchase because of things like this happening.
The ineptness was too much. I ordered delivery from BWW site. 1.75 hrs later I call the store and they tell me the order has been sitting there for awhile. Ummm, WHY when it was a delivery order? Duh! Let me get the manager. Mgr: "BWW, how can I help you?" Me: Im sure you know what's going on or you should." Mgr: "Sorry, just told a mgr needed." Uuugghhhh! Me (losing patience): Don't worry. I'll just cancel with my bank.(Did not have the mental wherewithal to go back & forth). Please, this is your primary business to take orders. Do better!!!
Service service service. My to go order did get messed up, but they were more than helpful to fix and make everything as easy as possible. Manager was GRADE A helpful!
First of, the wings were great. My sauce I like to put on it is the medium sauce and the blazing sauce when I'm feeling up to it. The fries are good and they put the right amount of sause on it. The also put the right amount of salt on it. This Buffalo wild wings here is really great at their food and what they do.
Kayla, that bartends at Gallatin Buffalo Wild Wings is such a sweetheart to my family. She works where the bar is on Sundays we love her. She’s amazing and even remembers the whole tables orders! She never has to write anything down and we don’t have to ask or remind her. We love our Kayla! Awesome food too and friendliest staff
