I've got to give a big shout out to Jake. I came in to pick up an Uber order. Jake was the pinnacle of customer service. Had an issue with the order but he offered effective solutions to keep the customer happy. He pretty much runs the show too. There was a big line before me and he took care of everyone in know time. Jake deserves a big raise and a promotion. Jake you made my night.
I ordered a Disney Princess cake (shown in top area of pic) and paid over $50 for it and the bottom pic is what I got! Hideous and embarrassing. I even complained via the corporate email and they asked the manager to get back to me...nada, My husband picked it up and didn't know that wasn't what I ordered or it would have been handled then and there. I let corporate know I did not get a response and now they aren't responding. I even posted on Instagram where I have 32000 followers and tagged Baskin Robbins - nothing. It's a shame. Whatever happened to this place happened in the last year because reviews were great before then but in the last year, it has gone downhill. I should have read the reviews before I ordered like I usually do but I remember it was a great place. Not anymore.
My only request for my birthday was a Baskin Robbins birthday cake.Chocolate chip ice cream, white cake and topped with multicolored spring flowers.My daughter ordered the large expensive!!!!! Round cake online. The picture and details of her order was confirmed and described with spring flowers draped over as she wanted.2 days later on my birthday , she picked it up. It was NOT what she ordered. It was to late to have it redone.The Gallatin BR is just plain awful in every way. They should have discounted their obvious mistake on the overpriced mess of a cake. All the negative reviews on the list I’ve also experienced.
requested a quart, PAID for a quart. they filled it halfway. 16 ounces on my food scale at home. 16 ounces Is a pint. they do this all the time. charge you more than they give you.
I placed an order online to be delivered. I ordered a two scope Sunday, it looked as if they took a the smallest scope they could find to and then split it in half to look like two s ones of ice cream.The second order was a scope of chocolate ice cream, and again it was the smallest portions of ice cream I have ever seen.
Horrible wait times inside and drive thru. Waited 30 minutes stuck in drive thru!!!
When you get super excited for a late treat with your little girl because Google maps says that Baskin-Robbins doesn't close until 10. And then you get there at 8 and the doors are locked. And there are no store hours on the door.
