If you are a drinker, it would probably be okay in that it might hide the taste of the subpar food. I enjoy the “hole in the wall” experience as much as anyone else, but this place just doesn’t rate very highly. In fairness, I have only been just once. But the menu is limited, and nothing was listed interesting enough to draw me back.
The atmosphere is nice, outdoor patio with a beach vibe to it. Service was good for the place being packed. I had the Cuban and fries, fries were cold and the sandwich was just okay, My wife had the whitefish and she got a decent size piece of fish but it was undercooked in the center. Not sure I’d drive out of my way to eat here to again.
Got there with a party of 8.Hostess asked for a phone number.We wait 45 min. And go ask. And are told it's about 15 more minutes.20 minutes later, I go check.They can't find our name on the list.They finally find it on a sheet in the trash."We've already sat your party."I look at the hostess quizzically, as I'm standing there, clearly not seated.Someone had taken our table."We called your phine number."I ask what number. She tells me. It's MY cell number. Uh.... no they didn't."Oh... we must have called your name."We're now 1hr 20 min into this. I just want to be seated.We did get 4 free cheese sticks for a table of 6 (2 people had to leave early)No one called us. No one seemed too bothered by the situation.Not the best service. Whatever.
Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are in the area. I had an hour wait for a table but it was totally worth it. I had the white fish with crayfish sauce. Yum!!
Tried to wait for a table, got a drink at the bar but quickly had to leave. They allowed a man to sit at the bar and smoke… what are we in the 90s still? leave your cancer sticks in the parking lot next to the rest of the trailers

This place is really good! Right by the lake and a good view. They have live music too! Super entertaining with great food!

It was a bit crowded when we came so we had to sit outside but other than the staff was friendly and attentive and food was good. I had the shrimp and grits which did not disappoint. It was flavorful and delicious. My husband had grilled cajun shrimp which could have been seasoned a little more but he said it was good tho. His favorite is the jumbo cheese sticks. Try them out but go during the day and not on the weekend. There is limited parking.
Food was very good. Shrimp creole with grits. Tasty. My husband had pork tacos.A little loud though if you want to hold a conversation though.
