Just like most fast food joints nowadays Arby's is swirling the drain. Paid $18 for two combo meals and the best part of them was the coca cola. They took my order and told me to pull forward and wait on fresh fries. I specifically asked for 5 packs of Arby's sauce as well. I get 10 minutes down the road to my home and guess what? No sauce, dry roast beef and 8 crinkle fries in each box that was NOT FRESH! Thank you Arby's and staff for helping me make my decision to not eat fast food again.
Grabbed a quick meal for my Son...It was late, I could tell the Gentlemen at the window was tired and ready fo get out of there.So when he asked..." How are you doing today Sir?" I made sure I responded like I knew the kid my whole life... "Man I'm good, How are you?" Young man said, " I'm tired!I've been here all day. I'm ready to go! Been on this window by myself since 4 o'clock."He said that with a smile.And as he was handing me my order and wishing me a good night with a smile, I wished him the same.. "Alright friend you have a good night as well! Thank you!"I know it's simple, normal sounding.However, I see folks not say a word, or, keep it one sided and not ask the employee and return the gesture.We're all family! Treat every one like you wanna be treated!
Went thru drive thru tonight at Nashville Pike Gallatin and was served by Gabriel. He was very nice and courteous. They were busy and he was doing his job very well to take care of the customers. I do believe this young man will go beyond expectations in life.
1 year update:Management has done a good job whatever their doing. Actually tastes like real Arby’s again. I’ll be back for sure since the food quality has improved. Jalapeño poppers are so good and the classic beef & cheddar. Really happy that they actually are making good quality food again. Keep it up guys
Love their buffalo chicken sliders and their jalapeño poppers are gooey and oh so good they sure know what there doing here

This Arby's has gotten pathetic lately and we won't be back. I want a refund on my order. They were completely OUT of roast beef and was waiting on it to cook (said it would take an hour). They didn't have the ranch that was supposed to be on the turkey bacon and ranch sandwich.They threw everything into the plastic bag (with buffalo sauce everywhere inside it) and forgot the horsey sauce we asked for, the fries for the chicken tender meal, and no napkins.I had to come back through the drive thru for the fries, asked for the horsey sauce, and napkins. He handed me ONE NAPKIN all of this with attitude like I've never seen from someone there.I'm ashamed of your employees and with the openings in the job market you should probably fire him and have people who plan better. Arby's signature is roast beef. What kind of restaurant are you without THAT.Just disgusted
