Purchased a fried chicken salad at the Murfreesboro Rd branch in Franklin. I asked for 3 packs of honey mustard and paid for extra dressing. When I got home one pack of honey mustard was torn open, another had a hole in it. The person that placed the dressing in the bag had to know it was open because it was all over the packs. Poor service. I won't eat there again.
What a terrible Zaxbys! Only the drive-thru is open. Two cars ahead of us, took 13 minutes in the drive-thru to get our Cobb salads that were missing the onions, had COLD toast. They failed to put the dressing with it also. A dry mess!!
Tried to make purchase Insde restaurant today at 1 pm. Was told had to use drive-thru as inside dining and service was closed except for online purchases. Drive thru line wrapped around the building. So much for customer service. Took my business to a competitor whose dining room was open.
I was a huge Zaxbys fan. I got food poisoning from this location twice. The second time the whole family got it and it put my mom in the hospital for 3 days. Needless to say, we don’t eat Zaxbys anymore.
Nashville Hot Chicken has been all the rage in my family these last two years, and I'm happy to see more places in Franklin, Tennessee, catering to this mouth-watering trend. I've been to two locations in Franklin, but I tried this one for the first time last week. It's drive-through only because they're short-staffed, but you get your food faster. It also specializes in chicken like McDonald's specializes in burgers... and HOT chicken is one version they do well.
I hate to leave negative reviews, but the food was gross. Came by at 2:30, waited in line 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries, expecting it to be made to order. The fries were lukewarm and mushy and the sandwich was barely warm. Probably left over from the lunch rush. Gross.Go to Waldo’s instead. Hot, fresh, and just about as fast.
Drive thru only open. Ordered their new garlic buffalo boneless wings meal. My office is 5 minutes from location. Got to offjce and ALL food was cold!!! Horrible! No excuse!!!!
Chicken was a day old stale. Texas toast was under cooked. The tomato’s weren’t even complete slices but instead soggy ends. Overall an awful experience. Enough to make me not go back. Also the drive thru line took 15 minute to get my order. Dining room closed.
I swear to god don’t go here anytime 30min before they close. there was a line wrapped around the building and was sitting in it for 30min and when i got up to the window they said they couldn’t serve me. but they served the 2 cars ahead of me and it was after close. Not to mention i literally one of their most frequent customers. not going back to this zaxbys.
Went inside to order food as my truck doesn’t fit in drive thru, was informed the inside was closed but you could pickup a mobile order. They stated it would take 10-15 mins to get food if I mobile ordered which is ridiculous because no one was in line or anything.I asked if they could ring me up thru drive thru and they refused. I left and went to another restaurant. Won’t be back to this location
