No reflection on Zaxby’s as a whole but this location should just close…Closed at random hours not reflected on their web site, painfully slow drive-thru, inaccurate orders. Just pick a different location.
Worst place and service ever. All they want to do is argue with you about your order. I placed an online order and went to pick it and parked and went inside like the sign said to do and was immediately confronted by a lady yelling no, you can't come in here; we are closed! I calmly explained I was coming in like the sign out front said to do. She asked my name and then began to argue with me, saying they don't have an order with that name to be at another location. I showed her the order, and the number still she insisted, no, it was not there, and then I heard another lady call out my name to pick my order up. They definitely need new employees.
Thank you these fries are the best!!! Went today asked for burnt fries and they did just that!!! I'm so happy and they usually always do it.
This location has very much improved recently. ...and This. Chicken. Is. Life. I don't care who you are, my death row, last and only meal...Zaxby's.
I have come here three separate times around 7 pm and they’ve been closed both times but says open until 9. I will not try again
From start to finish, it took about 25 minutes to get my horrible food in a not-so-long line. I get to the window and they forgot my order. Absolutely *no* sauce on my boneless wings, and my “Sprite” is water. Even the Texas toast is burnt.
Almost every time I’ve been to this place my order was wrong in one way or another. It’s very frustrating to sit in that long drive-thru line just to go home and find out my order is wrong. The only reason I ever go here is as a last resort. Do better and also, open your dining room.
Placed an online order to avoid sitting in line for 30 minutes during my lunch break, this is the only zaxbys I’ve been to that makes everyone go through the drive thru online order or not. if the app said the dining room pick up is also closed due to short staffing I wouldn’t have wasted my entire lunch break waiting to get the food I already paid for.
Made it in the drive thru 20 minutes before closing. I loved the hot juicy fingers n sauce but he didnt care for the mediocre spicy chicken sandwich. I could tell when I asked him how it was & he wondered how Popeyes got it so juicy n crispy.Service would have been better if we didnt have to return to get the fries we paid for but wasnt in our bag. Bummer.
Seriously what is the point in using an online ordering out when you still have to go to the drive-through to get your order? It is very pointless a huge waste of time. All the other locations allow me to call and bring it out to my car. No one answered the phone at this location. Terrible service and management
