Wilco burger is one of the best burger I've had in a long time. Its huge, so come hungry. Their salsa is very tasty as well. Service is excellent.

So good. We got the chicken arepas, chicken tacos, and cheese empanadas. The food was fantastic. The empanadas are corn meal based and had a great texture. This is going to become a frequent place of ours. Only downside was that it’s expensive. For the food and one drink it was $53 (with tip). We were good with the price though because we got three meals out of it with leftovers.

Food is okay, it did take a long time to get the food. Very noisy inside. It was fairly clean and the staff were okay and nice. Also did not have several items on the menu like fish or shrimp tacos.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. We wanted a new restaurant to try in Franklin so we found this place online. We have it a shot and this is some of the best food we’ve had in a while. The quality and flavors were to die for, not to mention the tropical atmosphere that had you thinking you were on the Cali coast! We’ll definitely come back again!

We looked up great food near us as we were passing through Nashville. This place popped up and now it will be a destination. We got the beef and cheese empanadas and our kids loved them. We got the mixed Kebobs with the Wilco salad and loved everything! Quality of meat/salad was exceptional and staff was friendly!! 5/5!!

My family and I (including the 3 yr old) loved this place! The food was delicious. We all ate every bit of it. Very authentic and yummy arepas and rice bowls. Love me some free chips and salsa too! The only thing that could make it better would be lowering the music volume a bit. The ambiance doesn’t quite match the level of deliciousness the food is at. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely try it out for something fun and different.

First visit and we were delighted with the experience! Our party had chicken and steak fajitas, chicken tacos and cowboy arepas combo. Everyone was impressed on our tasty their meal was. Lots of flavor and generous portions. Family owned hidden jewel in Cool Springs on Carothers at Baker’s Bridge! Will definitely go back for more!

Courteous staff and flavorful food!

We love this hidden gem. We’re local and surprised that this place is never crowded because the food is delicious every time. The chicken Cowboy Arepas is our favorite and an item you can’t find anywhere else here. Also love the fish tacos, shrimp tacos, empanadas, and burgers. The arepas and burgers are messy to eat but worth it! Would give 5 stars if the tables & seating were kept cleaner. It’s not horrible but there’s room for improvement. It tastes like they focus on the food instead. ????. To-go orders from here have been top notch, easy online ordering.

Tucked away in a strip mall in Cool Springs, this unique twist on the typical Latin fare gets oddly high ratings, perhaps owing more to in location than actual taste. You’ll find Colombian, Venezuelan, Mexican, Spanish, and Mexican influences, hence the fusion. The tequeños make a decent appetizer, doughy bread sticks traditionally filled with queso blanco. Unfortunately, the cold cheesy interior was not the melted, gooey goodness for which I had hoped. But the cilantro lime ranch sauce salvaged the experience. The empanadas are a popular item here, pleasantly soft turnovers filled with melted cheese, but a bit too salty for my preference. It seems the empanadas at Nashville’s La Cucharita are noticeably better, but these are tolerable. Our highlight of the evening was definitely the cowboy arepa. Small bits of grilled beef (allegedly steak) were topped with pico de gallo, Gouda cheese, and lime ranch sauce between two flat patties made from ground maize accompanied by chimichurri. The dish was a pretty good one and perhaps the one thing that would lure me back again. Wilco Fusion is unquestionably an enjoyable spot. Just don’t expect the nearly 5-star flavors it’s purported to produce.
