Tried for the first time. Took one bite of my sandwich, after I left, and it had no cheese no bacon (which is clearly marked on the bag), was covered in mayo and mostly filled with bellpeppers. My husband's had so much 1000 island, he was not able to eat it. We are big on sandwiches and hoped this would be new spot for us but not likely. The place needs some cleaning up as well and maybe some friendly smiles from staff. Expensive for something we couldn't eat. $$$ wasted
First time being there it was overall good juat a little pricier than anticipated. Got a Buffalo chicken wrap that was solid.Not bad by any means but nothing earth shattering. Seemed like good service. 3.5 stars if it was possible.
First and last time trying this location. Dirty, dirty and dirty. Trash cans over flowing. Soda fountain was filthy. The Pepsi tasted like the machine has never been cleaned. The buttons on the soda fountain had a build up of dirt on it from dirty fingers. Glass doors all needed windexing. French fries tasted like old grease. The whole place looked and smelled like it needed a deep clean.
Went in early on a Saturday evening, the person running the register didn't even respond to my greeting. The restaurant needed the tables wiped down and floor swept. Sandwiches were good though. They were out of ketchup for the fries that came out after the sandwiches. Might be better to go with carry out or get from a delivery service. Pretty underwhelmed by the whole experience.
It took 45 minutes to get my three uncomplicated sandwiches on a day that was not terribly busy. The meatball sandwich and the Philly cheese steak were both ice cold and inedible until we took them home and cooked them ourselves.
Walked in 15 minutes TILL closing. Was told there were closing and didn't get to order. I got it, end of the night you wanna go home but your BUSINESS HOURS, the time you cater to the customer, is till 8. After 8 you take take off clean up. Thankfully I don't live here so I don't have to ban WW from my list of restaurants.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a large tuna with lettuce no tomatoes. It was a lettuce sandwich. When I spoke with the manager his response was that it was because I only had three ingredients. I said well you could have added more tuna since it was a tuna sandwich. It is clear the direction there is to be cheap with the ingredients. I would avoid this place. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
First time trying WhichWich but the food looks great and I’m trying more soon! Good service and polite
Staff was friendly. The lobby was a bit dirty. The bathroom was a bit dirty also. The toilet paper was out, so I replaced it. Food was good though! There was no music playing, so the vibe was kinda wierd in there. But... Great food!
Great quality food! Was super great for my family’s dinner tonight.
