West Coast Taco Shop is the BEST! The cashier (owner's son) is very kind and attentive. He answered all of our questions and genuinely cared about our young son's soccer team. Outside of that, the food is top notch! I just wish they would bottle their hot sauce!
The yummiest and most authentic to California Carne asada that Charles and I have found!! Be prepared for heat!! But mild can be requested for us tender tongue gringos also!!

Yummy!!!We found this Taco place today and wow what an awesome treat ☺️As soon as we entered we were greeted by the owner and the cashier with a friendly smile ?This is first come first serve.When you first enter , they have menus available also a large menu above the counter if you just want to skim through real quick and order.When you are ready to order simply get in line wait your turn.Tell the cashier what food you would like also your beverages.If you ordered bottled drinks you can get them right then and there or with your food.They have fountain drinks available if you don't want bottled drinks.Once you have placed your order now it's time to find an open table, and within a reasonable amount time you're order will be brought to your table for you.Now it's time to enjoy your meal This place is perfect for couples or single people's.It wouldn't be a good spot for business meetings only because of the limited seating but you could make it happen if this isn't a bother to anyone having a short meeting.Plenty of parking is availableI would highly suggest you stop by here for some delicious tacos if you are on the lookout for a good taco restaurant ?Have an amazing day!???
West coast taco shop is by far the best spot for tacos in Nashville that I’ve found so far. They are extremely good, reasonably priced and they always have such a great attitude and provide fast and friendly service. Do not miss out trying this place!
As a California native transplanted to the East Coast, on vacation in Tennessee, I say the West Coast Taco Shop is amazing. Best Mexican food we have had in years and to top it off staff is friendly.

4 times I have tried this restaurant and 4 times been disappointed. I kept going back hoping they would improve but they never did. Burnt tacos with very little meat and mostly fat. Tiny burritos and poor service. Music was not fun!! I must be old fashioned but I want Mexican music at a Mexican restaurant.
as someone born and raised in san diego, this taco shop is the closest i’ve tasted in TN to “real” mexican food. the workers are friendly, the horchata is delicious and the food is always huge portion sizes and amazing. their homemade spicy hot sauce is to die for as well.
