Ordered a fried 1/4 chicken half plate today. Got home, found that chicken was very greasy and red and raw in the center, but outside was almost burnt. Had to microwave it to get it cooked. Sides were sparse--got about 5 potato wedges. White beans had no flavor. Chicken scratch salad was just okay. Cole slaw was good. Wouldn't go back.
Greatest chicken sandwich i ever had and the Mac and cheese is better than expected green's are good if you ever near one please stop by and try the fried og chicken sandwich and mac and cheese please
Absolutely the best Chicken in all Tennessee and maybe even the country. The staff is fantastic they are the nicest people. Everyone in the building is so helpful and ask us multiple times if we need anything. If you visit Franklin stop in for sure. This location is my favorite!
I love Waldo’s, it was my first time trying the food there and it was delicious! Not only that the customer services was delightful. The girl that took my order was Allison she was very sweet and recommended me her favorite food. Thank you ! I’ll be back soon.
Loved the decor. The chicken was decent, the fries were great and the Mac was delicious. The tea was weak. All in all is was a good experience in a fun atmosphere.However, It was a bit pricey for a counter service fast food fried chicken restaurant!$40 for 10 chicken tenders, 3 sides, 2 large soft drinks, tax, plus 20% tip.
The chicken and beer was amazing, but the customer service was even better. This my first time eating at Waldo's and it 100% exceed my expectations. I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in Franklin.
My wife and I each had the 3 piece tenders which included 1 side. My side was the mac and cheese(some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had, and I make and eat mac and cheese often!) Spouse had the white beans. They looked really good. I ordered online and picked up at the requested time. The man that helped me at the counter was very friendly and polite. The food was freshly prepared and at the proper temperature. We will be patronizing this new business again. Very good experience.
I LOVE waldos. It’s one of my favorite fast food establishments and the food is wonderful. However, the staff is questionable, specifically the tall brown haired boy with buck teeth denied me use of the restroom during my meal. I had a few beers and desperately needed to use it but he said females weren’t allowed in. Worst customer service ever
Thursday night I went through the drive thru. When I got home 10 minutes later I discovered the salad I had ordered and paid for along with the slaw that comes with the family pack we ordered were missing. (The chicken strips, fries, muffins and mac&cheese were very good.) Just very disappointed the salad was omitted.Moral of this review is to always check your order before leaving. I hope to return tomorrow to pick up my salad.
Very friendly staff. The cashier recommended the Rooster sauce and she wasn’t playin. That stuff hits. The Buffalo has really good flavor too, it’s not JUST hot.
