Jade was our waitress, extremely polite, and attentive to our quick breakfast.Customer service really goes a long way, and this Waffle House understands that.

Courtney should find a different job. She could care less whether she contaminates the food by doing dishes at the same time she tries to cook. Beware if she’s behind the counter

I had a strange experience, and was quite disappointed because I just got off a really late shift. I was told that they were closed as soon as I walked in around 4:15A.M., April 24. But when I looked around they were still serving others, and the doors were not locked when I entered the building. I immediately left because I wasn’t sure if it was because I’m a woman of color and wasn’t welcomed; or if there is a random intermission that the company allows the employees to take. If so, I think the promotion of the store being open 24hrs should be stopped.

Good food, good customer service

I think is the cleanest waffle house in the area.Service is good always with a smile.And well. You get what you are paying for. Comfort food. Not great variety but when you are on the road or for breakfast and craving some simple eggs this is perfect.

We visit this Waffle House often. While there may be a line at times, it moves quickly. The staff is always amazing and hard working. Just watching their choreographed routine is a pleasure. The resulting food they prepare is excellent and a great price, too!

We walked in and were immediately met by a very rude waitress (Courtney, red hair) who was put off that we were there and had a party of 8, even though the place was not busy and there we open tables. It took more than 25mins for the table to be wiped off or for our drink order to be taken. This only happened after we asked for services and 2 other parties arrived and were attended to before our party, one of them clearly knew the waitress and more than likely worked there. Once napkins were brought to the table, w e asked why two other party’s were taken care before us and were we met with more excuses about shift changes and other nonsense. Then so called “manager”, Tom then try’s to blame us for coming in with a grumpy attitude and that the customer is not always right. It’s clear the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and the rude attitudes are the culture verses proper and courteous customer service. They both should be fired! Kiree (sp?) who just arrived at work took our orders and she was great the entire time. Need more like her!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Waffle House on Mallory Lane. My server, Rod, was very sweet and attentive. He’s a fine young young man. Also, a big shout out to the grill master, Becca. She’s a badass and this store is very lucky to have her. Good job everyone.

Server not only took my order, was Friendly, she actually even made my order and the food waffle, eggs ect turned out great.

We went in on Sunday about 11am, it was So busy! There was a line at the door, but within minutes seats were available. We were greeted courteously, able to order quickly. Our food arrived promptly, was correct, plus tasted Delicious! We left a couple of minutes before 12 noon! ?
