Walked up to order a drink and the teenager at the register literally help up his finger to me signaling that I needed to wait a minute while he finished whatever he was doing on his phone. I don’t think there was a person over the age of 18 running this operation. Drinks were mediocre, but mostly ice. 2 stars given because the atmosphere was cool.

The staff on duty was very slow, unorganized, and unfriendly. The soda and shave ice we had were very good, but the service was lacking.
Found this place through Instagram, and knew I had to check it out! So glad that I did. One of my new favorite places! Service was quick, drinks were fabulous, and the caramels were divine!

Yay for Urban Sips in Franklin! We loved our treats and the staff couldn’t be nicer!! I accidentally broke my cup and spilled soda everywhere!! They immediately got me a refill, cleaned everything up, and all with a smile. We’ll definitely be back!
