Decent food for lunch in a nice atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas which came with 1 enchilada and a lot of rice and refried beans - nothing special in terms of flavor or presentation. Waiter was very friendly and checked on us twice to make sure everything was ok. I'd like to return for dinner next time and see if there is any improvement in the food.
I would leave zero stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. My daughter and I walked in and waited for a while. We were finally seated, but no wait staff helped us. Waited around longer and the hostess said she was going to find someone to help us, but no one came. Got up and walked out. Will not be back.Adding in response to the restaurant's response: I understand that there are effects on the restaurant industry. However, many servers kept walking past us, seeing we had not been helped and had no drinks, but they did not stop to offer.
The manager brought us "house tequila" margarita. When we sent them back because they were terrible the manager wouldn't take them off the check. It would be one star but she finally relented at the end but not before arguing aggressively and rudely for the $14. If it were my restaurant I would fire her. Didn't get her name but older Mexican lady with fake blonde hair dye. Very disagreeable should not be in the hospitality business. Otherwise fine food and nice staff.
Placed order online at 7:55P and it said it would be ready at 8:30P. It was one chicken enchilada, rice, and beans. How long can that take. Got to restaurant curb pick-up at 8:20P. Did not get food until 9:50P. Restaurant was not busy. Did not even apologize for the wait. Ridiculous lack of service.
Literally some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Churros were incredible. Recommend the shrimp tacos!
Not sure what was going on today with the entire Tito's chain but as an Uber driver I tried to pick up from them three different times, two of which were at this location, and it was awful. Every single time they acted confused and lost and didn't even have the order on their computers? And the times they did know of the order it wasn't even made yet. Usually they promise 5-minute turnarounds but that always turns into a 15-20 minute wait. Please, have some respect for your delivery drivers who are going out of their way to make you money and deliver food to potential customers. Please prioritize our orders first, we are on the clock unlike the people at your restaurant, and if you can't do this please stop accepting Uber delivery orders that you can't fulfill in a reasonable manner.
They don't take reservations. And boy are they busy. You need to be patient and wait awhile. More difficult for large groups, think they need a bigger space. The staff is wonderful and courteous. Our food came very fast and was pretty good.
I ordered fajitas, with chicken and steak. When my meal arrived it looked and tasted as though it had been sitting under a warming lamp for an hour. The steak was over cooked and not tender at all. The chicken was tiny bits, not strips, and again not freshly cooked. Fajitas always come out on a hit, sizzling, metal utensil, but not here. Again it was as if it was cooked an hour ago and left to sit. Had I not been with five others I would definitely sent it back. Overall the service was OK, but my food was not.
We were visiting Franklin and tried this place for lunch before hitting the road. Friendly service which is important to me. I had the Texas chimichanga and it was excellent. They have good guacamole! The peach tea was very tasty. We will have to return to try the margaritas.
As always, we had delicious food and great service!
