We went to this location to pick up an order we had made online. We had ordered a dozen cookies with frosting, and added two extra frostings to the order. Unfortunately all the frosting was left out of the order, but when we called customer service they went above and beyond! It was 8:00 on a Friday night, but someone immediately answered the phone, was overly kind, and not only refunded our money, but gave us $10 in coupons to use for our next visit! As a birthday gift , I received a dozen warm oatmeal raisin cookies ….absolutely delicious! Ate them all….by myself!
A friend recommended the cookies today, so I went by to get my first dozen. They did not disappoint! They offered to warm them up but I declined. They were delicious even not warmed up, I can't imagine how they would be warm!

Not worth the drive or the price. The cookies are just okay, but they don't really have anything that stands out. The heated option is nice, who doesn't love a warm cookie? We ordered a variety of their cookies, brownies and truffles. Best thing we bought was the peanut butter chocolate brownie.

Went inside to order 4 dozen cookies that I was going to cater to a business. The door bell went off and the workers completely ignored the bell and I could see back in the kitchen everyone in a circle just chatting it up. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter. Appeared a manager was back there as well. Decided to leave since no one helped me out. Poorly managed; thanks for wasting my time, and future business. I often cater for businesses for my job and this one will be crossed off the list. Will not return due to total negligence.
These are some really good treats!!! the cookies are soft and warm and so yummy!! Never been disappointed.
I called and placed a delivery order with a very polite and efficient young man...to send to our grandsons for May Day...we miss them...so this is a nice way to do it...thank you for your quick service!
